taylor swift wins case against counterfeit sellers concert merch

Victory!

While on tour last year, Taylor Swift learn that a not-so-merry band of thieves were selling merch with her shining face on it during her concerts without her permission.

Not thrilled that she wasn't getting a piece of their action, she had her lawyers sue them for violating trademark laws and selling counterfeit merchandise.

This week, a judge ruled in her favor! Down with those thieving hands!

What she won other than the pride of receiving justice is unknown, but perhaps that is enough!

She went out of her way to sue people just trying to make a living… k well I don't see high fashion designers suing the pants off of Forever 21 for copying everything under the sun (unless you're Steve Madden of course). Girl gets her panties in a bunch over the tiniest things…

Agreed! I've had a number of friends/family with cancer. It's horrible. I know I joke about sex/have a dirty sense of humor….but some things I take very seriously. Hugs to you and your family.

Yeah it's sad that there are people out there that wish cancer and leading upon death to someone. I have a sick sense of humor, but when it comes to people joking about death and cancer and death risking things.. I take that very seriously and stand up to people who are sickos like that. I don't care if you don't like the person, doesn't quite frequently make it right to joke about death upon someone.
