Timberlake is looking to sell his old place, now that he's signed a contract for a $7.65 million, 3 bedroom, 2,598-square-foot penthouse condo at Soho Mews in West Broadway in NYC.
Justin's former residence is a 3,000-square-foot loft in the Pearline Soap Factory in TriBeCa.

Sorry, it looks nice but i hate the location and it doesn't look like it has much of a view. If i pay that much money, i want a penthouse with ocean views in the middle of a big city of my choice…….first lets work on affording Christmas presents….
