    Dear Adam:

    You are full of S.H.I.T. Stressing to the entire world that your best friend is not gay (Jake G) sends a dangerous and damaging message to gay youth who are struggling. Basically, "you're cool" with gay people, but there is something about them that makes you want to seperate your identity and your friends identity from the gay community. Could you send a signal of "there is still something wrong with you" any louder dude? (PS - I think it is odd that you would step into your friends sexuality. I am sure he can speak for himself unless he's some P-boy who cant speak his own mind? Highly unlikely given he is one of the greatest talents of his generation.

    I guess we can't expect any better froma feral minded frat boy who needs to be dick slapped about by pissed off drag queens. Get a clue you fool. You are doing just as much damage as you think you are doing good. Therefore, you got some blood on your hands. Apologize now, and get clean.

    Wow this gogo dude/gal truly must hate Adam. Who cares, I guess he/she is repulsive to his complete awesomeness.
    This message is clearly heartfelt and pure.
    Of course one isn't forced to believe it, or Adam: but whoever knows him for real knows how much he's for equality and he totally backs free choices.
    About the Mayer episode in drag… Dude, you have mental issues if you don't get the joke behind it.

    As far as Jake Gyllenhaal is concerned, it doesn't matter whether he's gay or not. I personally don't think he is, but assuming for a moment that he really is a closet case, what would you have Adam do? They're very close friends. Is Adam supposed to betray his friend's trust and wishes just so there can be a whole new batch of "who's-gay" controversy? No. He's a good friend and is sticking by him, gay or not. Assuming Gyllenhaal is straight, which he himself claims to be, then how the hell is it homophobic of Adam to confirm that? He's not trying to distance himself from the LGBT community, but he can't just fabricate homosexuality in his friends to help his image in the gay community. That's absurd.
    Lay off Adam. He has a billion times more class and heart than 95% of the people in the entertainment industry, and has been a constant supporter of LGBT issues. He has no need to apologize.

    Oh look, another celebrity/singer/personality making a PSA about gay youth. Yawwwwwnnnnnn!!! This has gotten ridiculous. It's just another cause of the month for people. Everyone is jumping on this bandwagon. It makes them feel good about themselves. Go ahead pat yourselves on the back. You're so awesome…….she said with a large amount of sarcasm.

    Bravo! Adam Levine is such a wonderful human being, I am sure he will help many people, with his words of hope for the future!
