BOTH the neighbor and Katherine and her husband OVER REACTED!!! The neighbor should have ignored the noise and Katherine and hubby should have ignored the cursing. The cops have REAL CRIMES to deal with. If my neighbors have a party that gets loud and I want to sleep, I have ear plugs I pop in and I sleep and they enjoy their life. I enjoy my home and my neighbors enjoy there home. CHILL PEOPLE.
