I can respect this, but does anyone else find it odd that Simon and Kim are both friends with a guy who treats people who aren't gorgeous like they are crap. I mean what kind of message is it to say yes I tolerate gay people, but ugly people boo. Just saying it kind of goes both ways with a lot of these you can't expect change overnight and sure awareness is growing, but there are a lot more reasons out there that people get bullied than for just being gay, but it's sad that this is the only one that gets paid attention to.

I would expect a bully video from Hilton with the way he pushed around Carrie Prejean. In this case he had a young 20 year old girl that gave an honest, up front answer when she was back-doored and set up by Hilton Unfortunately her answer happend to be opposite of Hilton's so he used his media power to rip the poor girl apart for over a year calling her everything from stupid to whore.

Good video. However, like some of the others who have commented here, I completely agree that we have all been bullied in one way or another, for being fat, gay, ugly, buck toothed - you name it. That should be the message. It is all about how you can deal with it. Parents need to be there for their children, to lift them up, help them through, and to have an open line of communication.

I was chubby growing up, so I completely understand what it is like to be picked on daily - trust me, there were a lot of tears. I don't know what it is like to be gay, but I assume the bullying is similar because you are 'different'. I thank God for the parents I had, because they always were sure to remind me how I was unique, special and had other talents in life. And ultimately I believe the picking on thing helped me have more humility in my adult life.

I hope schools are taking action and exposing what bullying can do, and are finding a way to help those who are on both sides of the bullying.

Wow, that was the "realist" one of these videos I've seen so far. Many of the other celeb vids I've seen concerning this have felt almost scripted and they're just kinda blah…like they don't really have much substance to them. But these two put together a very nice, heartfelt message, THANKS GUYS! And I like Kim K, she always seems very real and grounded for someone of her status.

I have to agree with most of the people here, while I do support the gays, I guess everyone has been bully at least once. You know all the guys that used to say that I had the perfect body but my face was a little bit "odd". I was 13 when this happen, so how do you think it made me feel? I went trough a period when I believed to be the ugliest girl in the world but thank God I was smart enough to be strong and to ignore this inmature guys. Now I'm 25 and I think I'm as average and as pretty… as Kim, with the exeption that she needs pounds of make up to look that good and I don't!

I don't think Kim was the best for this kind of video, she went straight to talking about herself. I think she had good intentions but it seems as though its always about her. I don't think her comparing stories to people calling her fat and what not compare to the bullying and the pain LGBT kids go through.

I don't think Perez is a bully at all, this is a gossip site, I believe in no way are his intentions harmful. Everyone at some point pokes fun at others, there is boundary and the bullying that has happened to those kids that committed suicide is no where near what kind of things Perez puts on his website. These "It gets better" videos are extremely touching, for people to take time out and let the LGBT youth know it gets better and that people support them its something they need.
