Robert De Niro Goes To Television

Robert Deniro

Getting his executive producer on!

We only know two things for sure in life: 1) Robert De Niro can beat anyone up, 2) We will watch anything he does that involves crime/mafia.

The new show is called Rookies and is about six freshman cops who are sent into tough situations with big crime. De Niro teamed up with crime writer Richard Price to create it.

This show is bound to be great with De Niro behind it!

Love me some Richard Price (author of "Clockers" and "The Wanderers"). He's a fellow Bronxite and Bronx Science graduate who grew up in the projects.

Good luck with the new series, fellas.

He may as well. He's sold out on his last bunch of movies anyway, why stop there?
