    Regardless, the producers and the movie studio are still liable for damages. They should have apologized already, and agreed to pay all damage claims, including hospital bills, and rehab for the victim–as well as damages for pain and suffering. They have failed to do anything to help this victim, although they are responsible for the accident. It is their production, their set, and their contracted hire, who is responsible, which means that they are directly, and indirectly responsible for the accident–and that is a legal fact.

    im glad im only in the first one!!! they almost killed me breathing that green smoke in the downtown LA scene!!… i feel so bad for her!! i hope she sues bays ass off! hes a REAL ASS! cocaine whore!

    Very unfortunate what happened to this girl! :( But upon agreeing to do something like this or of similar nature, read what you sign, because for the most part you are reliving them of ANY and ALL incidents/accidents that may occur while participating! Sad but true, that's show bizz, READ BEFORE SIGNING, if you aren't to sure of what they mean, ask, go with you gut instinct.
