She looks great. I she didn't need her lips to define her, she has beautiful eyes. Also, its her fiesty character that was always so appealing… those lips were just a distraction.

I always thought she was a very attractive woman, and she seems to be pretty down to earth by Hollywood standards, but those lips were always cringe inducing and took away from her beauty. Judging by the pictures someone did some very nice work on her. Hopefully she'll stop trying to be in the same league as Demi Moore (the bathroom mirror pics) and just be herself, which is a few steps above that. Good for you Lisa Rinna!

Looking better, but the upper lip is still bigger than the lower lip, and it's usually the other way around. It WAS disconcerting to look at when she was so pretty.
At least now she doesn't look like she got punched in the mouth.
