Teen Mom Spinoff???

Unfortunately, yes. At least we know the little ones will get health benefits!

The spin-off of 16 and Pregnant, Teen Mom, is not getting its own spinoff. According to sources, the show has already been cast and producers are done with some of the location shooting. It's rumored that the new series could bring back some familar faces who appear on 16 and Pregnant.

Meanwile, Teen mom will return for a third season with all of its cast together.

We never watched, so we don't know who we should keep an eye out for on this new show. We just don't think it is necessary to have THREE!

What do U think?

PEREZ, you MUST watch. It's a really good show (Teen Mom). One chick beats her man, another one get's beat by her mom, the red head is the normal and the other girl's baby daddy died before she had the kid. The last couple gave their baby up for adoption, and the new parents let them see her on her 1 yr bday. DRAMA filled…I LOVE it!!

perez, you should watch. I think you'd love Farrah, she's gorgeous. The stories of these kids are so different, but people can easily identify to them. Tyler and Catelynn gave up baby Carly for adoption, watching what they go thru is heartbreaking. Amber and Gary are rednecks. Macy and Ryan are interesting, young kids… Farrah's bf died before the baby was born, it is very sad. Watch it! (First)

yes!!!! i'm addicted to this show like many others i know. some of these girls stories are pretty fascinating such as Farrah and Caitlyn/Tyler. They see their baby that they give up for adoption for the first time after a year and it's amazing the connection that the baby automatically has with them, even the same faces Caitlyn repeatedly made when she was a baby herself! You can't keep a dry eye when you watch that reunion!!!! Too sweet.

how can you have an opinion about a show you've admittedly never even seen?

  5. 5

I like the show… but then again I like any show that focuses on pregnancy, babies, & young mothers!

I like the show as well. I think that it really does portray real life and how hard it is to be a mother, let alone a teen. I especially love Caitlin and Tyler's story and admire the sacrifice they made so that their daughter had a better life.

Hey, guys. I love this blog, but the mizpeld wordz are getting a little ridiculous. 'Teen Mom, is not getting its own spinoff' makes this a very confusing blog post to read.

If this is true then yes I'm glad they are doing a Teem Mom 3 with the original cast! I'm still up in the air if Amber and Gary should be on the show though with all that beating on Gary drama she's done. I don't really remember anyone else from 16 and pregnant other than the first kids on the first show. Hope they stick with Maci, Farrah and Catlyn and I will sure to watch!

while the lives of the girls on the show are anything but stellar they're on tv and it seems like people will do anything to be famous these days…i hope it doesn't encourage girls to get pregnant with hopes of being on this show.

we are attached to these people… keep it coming! im pretty loyal and have been watching them since they appeared on Teen Mom… Just wish Amber get therapy, i mean sure Gary is a lazy a@s but just take away his twinkies, that outta piss him off just as much as a punch in the face…. Violence is not the answer Amber!

    Farah is NO beauty.

None of them are anything to look twice at.

  13. 13

It really takes brains to have a baby.

  14. 14

Good news. I'm glad MTV's wised up and decided to produce more realistic programming about the majority of what is this country, unlike shows such as The Hills and Sweet Sixteen where there was never real life involved, just spoiled brats living off what they're parents have given them through status and finances.

  15. 15

    Jealous of famous people?

  16. 16

    I love Teen Mom.
You shouldn't judge a show you've never watched.
    Lets be real here.

I think these shows are great. Although some really stupid teenagers may see it as an excuse to get pregnant (with a chance of being on tv), if you watch you see that single motherhood is hard for all of them. Maci comes from a rich family so money is not her problem. We have seen how her social life is restricted by having a kid and how she has to fight with her baby daddy about money and custody. The one thing that really bugs me is that Amber is on welfare (that's how she can have that big apartment and NO JOB) but that fact was only mentioned once. Farrah is totally screwed- he baby daddy is dead, her dad is useless and her mom is a SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY. She may be on welfare too and i just missed that. I think the show makes having a kid when you're young look really hard and boring.

LOVE the show. So addictive. Also, a great form of birth control. It shows a lot of the different options that their forced with, and I think that Teen Mom is a great spin off to show life after birth and how difficult it really is. I'm soo obsessed with it. One more show is good for me!

Like Perez really has space to talk. Since when has he known what it feels like how it is to have a kid. The show is on television to help prevent other babies. I like how he can put his input in about judging and complaining.. and he doesn't know half the shit that they go through, who cares if they get assistance, who cares if they get help, it's for the safety of the child and their health. Whining about another season of Teen Mom, how about us not caring about another gay kids death and bullying?

  20. 20

it is a guilty pleasure show. I like watching their drama. It's a good show.

  21. 21

I dont see any use of another show made with any of the other girls from 16 and pregnant. Honestly the four they have on teen mom are the most interesting and the ones viewers have gotten to know. All the other girls were stupid and immature and no one really cares to see them back. I am so excited they are making a third season of Teen Mom thought, I love that show! and they don't glamorize being teen mothers, they show how hard it actually is rasing a kid, when youre one yourself. It isn't MTV's fault there are stupid little whores out here PURPOUSFULLY (sp?) getting pregnant because they want attention…

  22. 22

I love it and want more, more, more!!!

  23. 23

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this show Perez. I've been watching it from the begining. It's a really good show and I'm happy for a 3rd season

  24. 24

If you want to talk about teen pregnancy's talk about all the stretch marks young girls get.

  25. 25

You have to watch it!! DVR it now!!!! You have to start from season one to get all the juice though!!

    TEEN MOM ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

  29. 29

Perez, how can you hate on a show you've never seen? Its a GREAT show. I'm glad there's a 3rd show. I'm really excited to see how these girls continue to grow.

  30. 30

Love the show I just wish they would show some of the other teen moms from the original 16 and preg like the bi racial girl(I think her name was Ebony) that got pregnant by her dorky immature teen boyfriend, they were both Army brats. Would love to see what happened to her since her story ended. Respect Caitlynn but her story in my opinion is done with. Amber is a train wreck that is one step away from hurting her child. Maci not much drama, she is too nice.

  31. 31

I am 28 and personally love the show, love to see the girls grow and mature and I can't wait for season 3.

  32. 32

I love these girls and their stories. I don't care for a new batch of girls I just really want to follow the original 4 for years to come. Like that documentary 7 up where they followed 7 year olds up until they were old. Keep filming these girls, it would be a great case study to see how everyone turns out, especially Carly being in an open adoption!!

How about you shut the fuck up until you actually watch it? There's no way you can have an intelligent opinion about something you've never seen.
