The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) predicts that by the end of the year, 2 billion people will be online, an increase of 600 million in just the past year and double the number of only five years ago.

Paris Hilton Signs Music Deal With Lil' Wayne's Record Label Cash Money!!

We’ve been hearing about Paris Hilton’s second album for a while now, but this is some pretty big news for the socialite-turned-singer!

It turns out Paris has officially signed a deal with Cash Money Records, home to other big names, including Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake!

The label's founder, Birdman, confirmed the news on Twitter earlier today:
