Kelly Ripa To Produce AND Star In New ABC Series!
Kelly Ripa is heading to primetime for a new ABC sitcom, Port Love, for which she'll be starring, producing, and co-writing with her husband, Mark Consuelos.
Congrats, bb! This is seriously impressive.
The show, Port Love, is a workplace comedy about the cast and crew of a formerly popular TV series, whose real lives have more drama than their characters in the show.
We're def curious to see how this one plays out!

I like Kelly but she had a really really lucky break that got her where she is now. "my bosses don't even know I'm pregnant" - boy that little sentence launched her to a fame she did not seem destined to reach. Her husband is known on the back of her fame, he couldn't get arrested otherwise. They move in a circle of famous friends, their kids are beyond indulged, even spoiled - and rammed down our throats at every opportunity!!! We see Kelly everywhere, buy her appliances, bank where she banks, cook with her chosen ingredients! I get it! BUT, that doesn't mean they can produce a hit tv show - how fame has swollen their heads while obviously blinding a network to indulge them with this bright idea in the first place. I don't wish them any bad but seriously, enough self promotion, we have enough of you both on morning tv. Thanks, had to get that off my chest!!

I didn't like her in Hope and Faith, she wasn't a very actress. Maybe she will be better in this, hope she took some acting lessons:)
I liked hope and faith, she was good in that. she, though seems to be one of those a type people. Her husband must be b type or he just can't get the work she can. Unless they are overspenders, they should be one of the few families that are doing well now. Now for other posters, how does anyone know her kids are spoiled? They seem behaved in pics, I don't see them in much other then vaca pics. But, that dress, that is ugly and awful on her and unless that is a bad pic, she is underweight and needs to gain at least a few pounds.

I used to like her but once she started her manic exercising I lost interest. She's now got the Hollywood lollipop look with the huge head and toothpick body and she looks ridiculous. She used to be pretty but now her face is all drawn in and haggard looking. So sad.

This could have a good possibilities but if Mark is going to be in it, just give him a small part. Kelly has the brains while Mark is Mr. Mom. I hope they have better luck with this show than Hope & Faith. Time will tell, but so will the writing. I hope they get some good writers because that's all there is on these shows. If the writing sucks, there goes the show.

I liked Kelly but lately she is just bugging me. She talks about being fat and that really pisses me off. She is actually too skinny and I saw a pic of her in a bikini and she really does have a very ugly body for a woman. I am not saying that cuz I am jealous either. It's not appealing at all. Her head is bigger than her waist. She really does need to gain at least 20 lbs. to look like a healthy woman. I've always liked Kelly. That goes back to her days on All My Children. Unfortunately I wasn't able to watch Regis and Kelly for a few years because of work. No, I don't record things to watch later. I have no time. But I was home one day during the week and I tuned in to the show. I was appaulled by the way Kelly looks. She has become so skinny and sickly looking. I felt sorry for her. To do this to herself and then say things like "I'm fat" should have warning bells blarring!!! Why in the world doesn't her own husband tell her she looks bad? I don't know if I'll check out her new show. She's a pretty good actress but her hubby, not so much a good actor. He is easy on the eyes though. I'll give him that.
