I think It is a VERY Nice Home. It will Sell for what they can get.
I think it is a smart decision.
Not that the Jonas brothers need to worry about money now. But In my opinion THEY WILL NOT BE Successful Children into ADULT Performers.
They are not ugly but they dont have the STUNNING Looks to carry them into the future.
SO Smart Decision. The others should think about that too.

He's cute! Got a sweet face, just like his bros, but he's his own man. He's got a little Elvis Presely-face thing going on. But, I have to admit, their music as a group is unbearable for me. Dunno what their solo acts are like, but I'd imagine it's similar. He's going to make some cute kiddies one day.

It's a very nice home, but without knowing the area prices I couldn't venture whether it's 'worth it' as you've asked, or not. To the twats to whom he doesn't appeal - just because he's not your taste doesn't mean he's 'ugly.' He's far from it. He reminds me a bit of a younger Patrick Duffy. He's fine looking, and lives well, which is attractive in and of itself. I also think they can keep and grow their concert following over time if done properly by paying attention to the groups that have.

But times have changed, and William and Kate Middleton's child will be announced a bit differently- via Twitter!

According to Now Magazine, the news of the royal baby's birth will be posted immediately to the Clarence House website, which will automatically tweet the story!
