Oksana Orders Police To Back Off!

You know, for someone who seemingly wants to bring her attacker to justice, she isn't very cooperative.
The Sheriff's department is still in the thick of the Oksana Grigorieva versus Mel Gibson case, but at every turn, they seem to be encountering problems, most of which involved Oksana herself.
The latest hiccup in the investigation is Oksana's refusal to surrender her computer. The police have a search warrant to go through the computer to look for evidence of extortion. Her lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, is fighting the order, stating that all the information the Sheriff's office needs is in the already provided photographs and audio recordings.
Now, this all sounds a little shady to us. If you have nothing to hide, then why care? Well, Oksana's lawyer thought of that and his response was simply: he didn't want those untrustworthy police getting their hands on some precious items, like pictures of Oksana breast feeding her baby and her "musical works in progress."
Heaven forbid they come across those! Her journey as a serious artist will be compromised!
News flash - no one cares! We certainly have no interest in hearing her "musical works" and we imagine that the going price for pictures of her breast feeding wouldn't be enough to buy another bottle of formula, much less going to jail for stealing it.
Tomorrow, her lawyer will go before the judge and request that investigators access to his clients computer be revoked. Seems kind of waste of time…unless there is something on there you really don't want anyone to see!
Oh, what twist in this story lies on that computer???

Mel hasn't gone to any court hearings or depositions and they have had to repeatedly reschedule. Mel also hasn't given child support at all. How is his baby suppose to eat?
Interesting that you take Mel's side all the time……
Wrong you moron. People do care. I think she's probably got a lot to hide but even if she didn't I doubt if anyone wants a forensic search of their hard drive. I sure wouldn't and I'm not even a famous person outside of my top friends and my sweet submissives and bottoms … I mean social circle.
Here is a woman who has made a living getting preggers by famous wealthy men. Of course she's an extortionist. She should have taken the fifteen mil and run. Greedy bitch.
Mel is paying $5000.00 and only seeking clarification on the $20,000.00. He'sbeen paying all living expenses as well because Oksana's a deadbeat. It' not pleasant to have anyone look into your compuer but it's time Oksana started obeying the laws. Has it ocurred to anyonet that her computer could actually prove her innocent of extortion charges? Cndiering extortion brngs mandaroy jail time why wouldn't she want to prove she's innocent?
She's probably wants her lawyer to go in front of the judge today just to give her time to put a new hard-drive into her computer
she's a money grubbung whore who doesn't deserve a thing. she meets rich guys throws open her legs , gets preggie and sues for child support. her first kids father got her foot in hollywood, then she went after the holy grail Mel and will now have to use every underhanded move she can think of to get his money, because once its over, her twat will be poison in all hollywood circles, she wont be able to get her claws on any other man with half a brain. I would love to hear the call she gave mel to make him blow up and call her the way he did, but then again she wouldn't have taped her call. she was to calm and no woman would be that calm if their husband or bayfriend said those things to them, they would blow right up and start calling names back. she staged the whole thing and hope her ass and worn out twat get thrown to the gutter! its what she deserves!
Here's the deal: In cases of extortion, the person who feels they are being extorted must have evidence. Something must have transpired in order for extortion to be accused. For instance, someone sends an email saying "give me ___and I'll give you____." Or someone has to have said "give me ____and I'll give you ___." By the way, that's not really extortion. That's just a deal and trade. Extortion is "give me ___and I won't ____." If the Gibson people actually had evidence of extortion, they wouldn't need to go through her computer. Sounds to me like they are LOOKING for evidence they currently do not have. However, even if they found a letter clearly stating "If you give me 5 million dollars, I will give you the original tapes which have not been copied and I won't release anything to the press," it wouldn't be extortion unless the letter was actually received by the person (Gibson) who claims to have been extorted. All they would have is a charge of "intent to extort" - which would also be hard to prove. Sounds to me like team Gibson has nothing and are desperate to find anything - not necessarily extortion.
Well here's the deal. Mel's lawyer have the original agreement which was give me this and I'll give you these tapes of you being crazy. Then she wanted more money. Afraid for the daughter? After a YEAR? If you're afraid for your kids you call the law and have the guy arrested. You don't tape conversations and then say if you get enough money you'll give them to a lawyer. She's pathetic. When all this broke out about Mel I knew time would favor him and not her. He must feel like a jackass for leaving his wife for this Russian piece of shit.
this woman is a spineless money grubbing whore who is trying to cover her ass now that the sympathy from her sob story has worn out and people can finally see her for what she really is.
The problem is that even if she deletes anything incriminating from her harddrive, they will still be able to trace it. She is obviously hiding something on there, whether it be taped conversations or whatever. She would be best to dump the computer in a bucket of acid and claim it was stolen. Cause if she hands it over they will find anything that's dodgy on there…
