Eva And Tony Sued Over Car Accident
Eva Longoria was in a car accident last week on Hollywood Blvd and now she is being sued by the other party Roman Gasparyan, who claims the actress was at fault.
According to Roman, he was in the median, waiting to make a left turn as Eva "made a sudden lane change into the median lane" coming from the opposite direction and hit him.
Both parties were driving BMW X5s, but his is a 2002, while hers a 2010. Roman is suing for SUV damage, along with mental and physical suffering.
Ha. Mental suffering?!
Eva's hubby Tony Parker was not involved in the accident, but he is the registered owner of the car, so he's getting sued as well.
The actress' rep has denied any fault.
Update: Longria's publicists have issued the following statement to PerezHilton.com:
“According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault AND admitted to fault on the scene. Eva Longoria’s eyes were NOT red and bloodshot, there is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications that they were are completely untrue. Longoria made no sudden turns and did not violate any traffic violations or make any sudden lane changes. The other driver is trying to make a case where there is none. All charges are frivolous and would hold no barring in the court of law.”
