Angela Lansbury Is At It Again!

She just doesn't quit - and we love it!

Angela Lansbury will co-star with Jim Carrey in 20th Century Fox's Mr. Popper's Penguins. The film, which is based on a children's book, follows the high-powered NYC business man, Mr. Popper as he inherits six penguins.

Mrs. Van Gundy, the owner of a local tavern that Mr. Popper is trying to buy, will be played by Lansbury.

The flick has already gone into production.

    yay! i loved this book as a kid! i can't wait to watch the movie.

    She has five Tonys, been nominated a gazillion times for Emmys and a number of times for Oscars. This is what a real "star" used to be - someone who had talent.
