It's been in development for a year now, and ABC is finally ready to move forward with the Charlie's Angels pilot.

According to an official breakdown released by the studio, the show will shoot in Miami, with a tentative January start date.

The show will be produced by Smallville creators Al Gough and Miles Millar, along with Leonard Goldberg, the producer of the original series, as well as Drew Barrymore and Nancy Juvonen, who produced the Charlie's Angels movies.

No word yet on who will play the Angels, but we're VERY curious to hear who they choose!

If these unimaginative Hollywood writers can't come up with new ideas for TV series then I would like to see a remake of "The Night Stalker". How about a remake of The Brady Bunch with a Goth kid, a hermaphroditic gender confused kid, a gay glee kid, an athlete, a cheerleader and a pothead kid.
