Whatever you say!

Despite making claims that they're being targeted by "Hollywood Star Whackers" and escaping to Canada, Randy Quaid swears that he and his wife Evi are not "crazy."

After his immigration hearing on Thursday, Randy told reporters:

"Up until a year ago, Evi and I had never had any run-in with the law whatsoever. We are not criminals, nor are we fugitives from justice, nor are we crazy. We are simply artists and film-makers being racketeered on."

Oh sure. That'll make us believe ya.

That is a very flattering picture of them. I watched the press conference. I definitely feel sorry for him. I think he is down on his luck and can't catch a break.

I believe they're conspiracy theorists. Conspiracy theories are known to make people paranoid - whether they're celebrities or not (i.e. Rosie O'Donnell, Charlie Sheen). They bought their one-way-ticket to Crazytown, and for all I care they stay there.

I hope people believe they're not crazy so they can't use the insanity defense when the court throws their asses in jail. (LOL)

Aren't people still considered innocent until proven guilty in this country? How about waiting until we see how the trail goes before you shit on these people Perez?

Re: CBenji – Are you kidding? Can't catch a break? Maybe he could have caught a break if he didn't constantly FLEE and not show up for any of his court dates. You can't be serious. It's really not that difficult to make it to a court date. You wake up, you dress in a suit and tie (or something just as respectful), you drive to court/take a cab/bus/have a friend drive you, and go to the courtroom… It's really not tough. However, if you constantly skip your court dates, yes, there will be a bench warrant, and yes, the judge is much more likely to not cut you a break. The people need to take some responsibility. A

And YES, they ARE criminals, and fugitives… That's what happens when you skip court dates and then FLEE THE COUNTRY!

Reminds me of that scene in "Singles" where the guy thinks the system owes him a Snickers bar.
