Shirley Manson Talks About The Return Of Garbage!
Yes! Finally! It's about time!
We're so psyched!
Shirley Manson and her husband, producer Billy Bush, recently spoke about the music industry to University students in Scotland, and during which she gave some information about her band, Garbage, and the new album that they're working on!
She said:
“I’m working on a record right now with the band. We’ve recorded quite a lot but it’s difficult to quantify. It’s the first one in a long time. I took about five years off. I’d like to do some touring next year. We’re just winging it right now.”
This is obviously fantastic news, and we CANNOT WAIT to hear how their sound has evolved since their last record!
Between this and new Fiona Apple, we seriously don't know what we're going to do!

Yes she is married to Billy Bush, a sound engineer who worked on Garbage albums. Soooo freakin psyched that they are working on new stuff!!! I really really hope the sound is closer to Version 2.0 and their debut album vs Beautifulgarbage and Bleed Like Me. Either way, gahhhh!!!! Sooooo happy!!!
