Sad news!

Charlie O'Donnell passed away yesterday at his home in Sherman Oaks at the age of 78 years young.

Charlie was best known as the voice behind the Wheel of Fortune for the past 28 years. He also served as the announcer for The Beatles whenever they came to La La land and was a successful DJ during the 60s.

We're sure Charlie will be very missed by his friends, family and fans. Our condolences to you all.

sorry to hear of anyone passing, but really, enough of the "years young"..78 is not really young.

At first, I thought it read Christine O'Donnell and I was about to jump for joy. Oh well. RIP.
