i thinkhe would do pretty good at a comedic role. i hope he gets it, it would great to see him take on a different kind of role.

I feel that Channing Tatum was MUCH better looking 4 or 5 years ago. The stocky look suits him okay, but the lean, defined look in his crappier movies such as "She's the Man" and "Step Up”. . . And Johnny Depp is just a grease ball. He always looks Bohemian/greasy. Great actor. But nothing much to look at. I want to bathe him.

really??? cuz Rob has the pouty thing with his mouth, the hair and over all look (when he's clean shaven) - nothing I've ever seen this guy have. not that i want to see rob doing it but just cuz you want this dude to butt plug you doesn't mean he has the "potential" - you don't know anything about potential anyway…..sliimy, the enrique englesias look alike, etc…….

Poor choice. Channing is not bad looking except he looks old for the part. There is no replacement for Johnny. He's one of the greatest actors of the moment. Perhaps they should rename the show 21 Dump Street!

Is Hollywood out of new ideas??? Why keep making remakes? They are usually NEVER as good as the original anyways…so why do they bother??? Totally fed up!

Why not get Taylor Lautner? He's young enough to pass as a credible high school detective!
Even those actors in "Gleeks" look too old to be credible. Crappy show!

I'm not really a fan of Channing Tatum, but I am a Johnny Depp fan. I have all the seasons of 21 Jump Street and I don't think Channing Tatum would fit in this movie. I wish they wouldn't remake it the original will always be the best in my opinion.

When did 21 Jump Street become a comedy? Agreed that Penhall was funny sometimes but the show wasn't a comedy by any means. They must really be reaching.

how do I say this? NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Channing Tatum sucks, he's stupid, etc etc and Johnny Depp is wonderful and amazing etc etc. Johnny D is irreplaceable.
