U don't even know how glad I am she's FINALLY going back to her roots.

This is the sound I wanted from her! It's like a grown up Pon De Replay, If It's Lovin That U Want Rihanna….laid back and on fire. Sweet video. Drake is incredibly ugly but they're too cute together.

Re: Pisky – i think people have the expectation of hearing a Maroah Carey voice for all singers..they don't understand people's voice are different. Her is interesting because she has an accent and it's very raspy.. not as close to the lead singer of TLC (back then i didn't like her voice but now I do because it's different)… but it's whatever, she is successful and the people here just want to talk shit but doesn't realize she has a pretty strong fanbase.

Re: Pisky – i think what it is, is half the time in her songs shes trying to hit notes that arent ment for her. after going through her new album….theres no way she'll be able to do half the songs live unless they make some serious changes to the songs. which is why people rip on her when she sings live. shes like katy perry, trying to do more then thier voices can handle.

Re: Chinwe Okorie Ŧ – I can appreciate what you're saying. Britney doesn't have a strong voice yet I think she has talent and that x factor. Rihanna lacks in voice, talent, and doesn't have an x factor. It wasn't until after CB incident she became more alive in her performances and singing. And I truly think it was bcz she got so famous after it and it gave her confidence. In 95% of her performances before the great interest in her, she was dull and timid.

this is the first rihanna song that i'm really feelin. good beats good rhythm. this is probably the old rihanna before she made it big in america (not the new rihanna) cuz i can definitely feel the carribean influences in this song. Her fashion statement still sucks though. i'm sure rihanna and drake were never together, it's just for publicity. attention fosters dashes to stardom.
