I love the beetles.. dont get me wrong.. but Apple really put WAYYY to much hype on this. Coining today "they day we wont forget" is a bit much..ask me next year what happened on November 16th 2010 and I'll look at you puzzled…! lol

I never liked them, they were not that great anyway.

Kids these days could care less about the Beatles. The majority of those who would buy Beatles music on iTunes already have CDs that their kids have ripped for them.

Oh I already own every CD, every song that's known to be recorded and they are on my iPod already. LOVE THE BEATLES FOREVER!!!!

    The Beatles are waaay overrated.
And they put way too much hype into this annoucement. It's like, seriously? People care that much?

Clearly you're not that "FreakingAwesome": the Beatles shaped modern music to what it is today. Everything you listen to now- EVERYTHING- was shaped by those four, regardless of the genre. The landscape of music, from influence, songwriting, recording techniques (audio double tracking was created for them) and studio production-has the Beatles to thank for its evolution. I can respect that not everyone finds the Beatles to their taste, but to dismiss their importance to music is not only incredibly ignorant, but shamefully disrespectful.
PS-I've owned everything they've ever recorded and released since I was 11.

yeah, like karumba, I already owned the CDs, and have most of their vinyl. Because there were other ways for Beatles fans to get music before iTunes.
