We’ve been hearing about Paris Hilton’s second album for a while now, but this is some pretty big news for the socialite-turned-singer!
It turns out Paris has officially signed a deal with Cash Money Records, home to other big names, including Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake!
The label's founder, Birdman, confirmed the news on Twitter earlier today:

No, I really don't think a posthumous release is right in Michael's case. It's simply milking the cow, and the cow isn't even there to give his permission.
Michael would be horrified and incensed in my opinion because he exerted much control over his musical releases. They were HIS works, and had to meet his standards.
