Jon & Kate Plus A Holiday Truce

The holiday season is upon us, which can be a hard time for some families, especially ones of the broken variety.

Perhaps those who are divorced should take note at how The Gosselin family is handling the upcoming holiday. Sources are reporting that Jon and Kate are burying the hatchet for the day and have come up with an amicable arrangement. Kate reportedly will have the kids on Thanksgiving, while Jon and his GF Ellen Ross (yep, she's still around!) will have them the next day.

Civil, standard and minimal room for time spent bickering.

A source close to the reality fam says that that Jon and Kate mutually decided to put their kids first, but still have not gotten to the "stage where they could spend the actual day together."

Guess we can only expect so much from them.

So, now what's the deal for Christmas? How are you two going to finagle that one?

Ugh - those poor kids. Kate will probably force them to eat some nasty organic tofu turkey. She's such a lousy mom and a bitch! Since she ruined their Halloween, she might as well ruin their Thanksgiving AND Christmas!

I am sorry but my husband and I have been divorced for 2 years now have a great friendly relationship but spending the holidays together will never happen. You come to an agreement on what days you want. I think they did the right thing. Putting them together in a room even if they are friendly with eachother is asking for issues.
