ABBA Singer Loses Lawsuit Against Swedish Resort
Money, money, money!
Anni-Frid Reuss, better known as Frida of ABBA, has lost a legal battle against a Swedish resort, in which the singer claimed she invested in the Yantorp Qigong facility by giving them a loan in the amount of $6.9 million.
The owners however, are saying that she did not lend them any money, but actually gave them a very generous donation!!
Reuss insists that it was a loan to help fund the construction of a Buddhist temple at the site.
Unfortunately for her, a judge has sided with the health resort and has also ordered Reuss and her partner Henry Smith to pay $22,500 in legal costs.
Reuss' lawyers plan to continue fighting the case.
Wow. That is one expensive donation if the health resort is telling the truth!!

It is a business, as such, they should not be allowed to accept anything as a donation, unless specifically stated by the donor–the judge is in error.
who gives loans for that amount. i believe it is a donation.
she is a millionairness so she will survive!
That's why you should always have a contract drawn up by a competent lawyer whenever you're lending someone a significant sum of money.
