Perez STFU. Its the Business Manager's (and accountant if she has one) responsibility to make sure all the bills are paid. That's their job. That's why its important for entertainers to be directly involved in their money so shit like this doesn't happen. I'm sure that its not her purposely ditching the IRS.

Kelly Rowland is the same person who claims that when Destiny's Child got back together for that short period of time it was like "when The Beatles got back together" . The Beatles never got back together. So obviously she is not the brains of the group, therefore she probably lets anyone handle her finances, She'll be broke in 5 years watch !

How many stories have we seen that featured celebrities in trouble with the IRS? I hope if I ever come into money. or become a celebrity, I would have the good sense to keep an eye on my finances. We've also seen too many stories about corrupt managers who steal from their clients. Never be too trusting when it comes to money.
