  2. 2

    gaga makes me sick!

  3. 3

katy perry is nominated for album of the year? really? seriously? what the fuck is music anymore?

  4. 4

    Great Choices!

  5. 5

Looks like a bunch of crap artists besides Arcade Fire. Not very surprising as the most horrible music gets nominated every year. The Grammy's are a joke now.

  6. 6

I'm just hoping Justin Bieber isn't going to get artist of the year. Please don't let him get it, please don't let him get it.

  7. 7

Good! No sign of taylor butthole swift

  8. 8

Justin fucking Beiber for best new artist. Wow. And Katy Perry for album of the year…. really?

  9. 9

Where is the Backstreet boys nomination? Im disappointed.

  10. 10

Where is the backstreet boys nomination. Im disappointed

  11. 11

Yay Adam Lambert got "Best Male Pop Vocal Perfomance" I'm so happy right now!! Where are the haters that said his 15 minutes were up?

  12. 12

Sade was snubbed she shoulda been nominated for album of the year.

  13. 13

where the fuck is Taylor Swift? i mean really lady gaga doesnt deserve that many nominations, shes so fucking annoying. we get it shes "different" not to mention borderline insane… but her music isnt that great.

  14. 14

Congrats to all. Btw Taylor will be back next grammys. Her only shot at a nomination was "Mine" and even that was right by the cut off. Very happy for Lady Antebellum.

  15. 15

Oh you made a full article on Lady Gaga SIX nomination but you didn't bother doing one for Eminem TEN nomination ;) Very hypocrite of you

  16. 16

bruno. mars. looove him!!! 7 nominations!!! can't wait

  17. 17

I know the Grammys are kind of a joke but thank god no Taylor Swift!

  18. 18

for the record Taylor Swift wasn't nominated because her album came out too later, she'll probably be nominated next year, same thing happened for her album Fearless

  19. 19

Miley Cyrus wasn't nominated for anything! There is hope for music!

  20. malii says – reply to this

    20

YES! eminem is gonna win big!

  21. 21

    chris brown 3 nominations

  22. 22

    Thoughts…

    1. Wow, 3 nominations for Chris Brown. Does that mean he's invited to the show?
    2. I predict an Eminem sweep.
    3. Six for Gaga…well deserved.
    4. Katy Perry should have been nominated for Record and Song of the Year for California Girls. The song was a huge summer hit.
    5. So happy for Adam Lambert on his first Grammy nomination…
6….but I'm rooting for Michael Jackson for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.
    7. Travie McCoy=wrongfully overlooked. His album Lazarus is awesome.

  23. 23

congrats Mr Mathers. a well deserved 10 noms. and hopefully you'll actually win some and not get eff'd over

  24. 24

I love Eminem, but I hate how people only acknowledge his 2 songs "Love the Way You Lie" and "Not Afraid". People should start listening to other songs on the album.

  25. 25

Re: lacey1 – well he's technically aloud to be there, so why not? besides its not like there not undeserved noms. 'Deuces' had a great chance of winning…excpet i dont think it'll beat LTWYL.

  26. 26

EMINEM WILL WIN FOR ALBUM OF THE YEAR(HOW THE FRICK WAS KATY EVEN NOMINATED)…KIND OF SURPRISED THAT BAD ROMANCE WASNT NOMINATED FOR SONG OR RECORD OF THE YEAR BUT I THINK LOVE THE WAY YOU LIE HAS THE BEST SHOT OF WINNING IN AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE CATEGORIES….OF COURSE BIEBER WAS NOMINATED FOR BEST NEW ARTIST BUT ADAM LAMBERT DESERVES IT MORE…AND VERY UPSET THAT RATED R DIDNT GET A NOM FOR ALBUM OF THE YEAR(HUGELY OVERLOOKED BUT YET CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED)…AT LEAST RIH GOT 4 NOMS THO:)

  27. 27

lets hope LADY GAGA take it home this time .. because she was hella SNUBBED last year !!!

  28. 28

Marshmellow better win all of his nominations!

  29. sanaa says – reply to this

    29

Rihanna is a cool chick but she's a no-talent, Chris Brown is a true performer and singer, but he's fucked in the head.

  30. 30

CHRIS BROWN 3 NOMINATIONS!! YAYY! YOU GO CHRIS!! #TeamBreezy

  31. 31

All of those supposedly prestigious award ceremonies mean nothing anymore. It basically boils down to whos most famous at that current time. Same with the Oscars, It only nominates the movies that are new/popular.

  32. 32

justin biber???wtfuck??????? what about xtina >>you lost me??? she is the biggers singer of music industry!!!! gramy awards you mess up big time in this year. werever i hope MAN CACA winns (0) cuzz she sucks and emanem and riiriirir are so fucking anoyed!! i wont wach the gramys this year not if my quenn XTINA is not in the show:(

  33. 33

Why isn't 30 seconds to mars nominated in Rock or Alternative??? It's an amazing album!!!

  34. @v@ says – reply to this

    34

Way to go, Em, and congrats to all.

  35. 35

7 Nominations for Bruno Mars and the Smeezingtons, they deserve it!!! i'm sooooooo happy for him / them!!!!

  36. 36

YES!!! Mah boo Adam Lambert got nominated!!! Woooh!!!! He should have also been nominated for best new artist thought. Oh and Taylor Swift didn't get any nominations!! This is amazing!! I will definitely be watching this year.

  37. 37

Eminem should win every single one. His best work yet and deserves it.

  38. 38

    mumford and SONS you asshat

  39. 39

    MUMFORD AND SONS

  40. 40

If Justin Bieber or Katy Perry win in the big categories, I will probably bever watch the Grammys again.
Although I am a little more concerned with the country categories. I love most of the nominees (and I really hope David Nail and Lady Antebellum win), but why is LeAnn Rimes nominated? I hated that song she did, and I don't remember it being all that popular.

  41. 41

Whoot Whoot!! Loves Eminem!!!!! Hope he wins in all of his categories :) I also hope one day to have his baby, lol. We'll see which happens first.

  42. 42

    wtf….wheres taylor swift

  43. 43

What?? Katy Perry is nominated for Best female pop vocal performance????
I'm not even going to watch this shiz,Katy Perry CAN'T sing live, she is a flop, not for Grammys…..

  44. 44

I hope Mumford and Sons win their nominations!

  45. 45

So no mention of John Mayer and his 3 nominations? Still bitter then Perez.

  46. 46

its Ray LaMontange, not Montange, for Song of the Year. Come on Perez. I rely on you to have accurate facts.

  47. JLa says – reply to this

    47

#22 I agree with you even though I am not a big Eminem fan I think he will win most grammys he is talented.

  48. 48

No Erykah Badu!? Real Shame. Sade should have been nominated for more too.

  49. 49

The Grammy's are a fucking joke. In what fucking world do we live where KATY PERRY gets nominated for ANYFUCKINGTHING!!! her "music" is horrible and she cannot sing her way out of a fucking paper bag! No wonder the music industry is in a shambles. Good god i want to barf.

  50. lolli says – reply to this

    50

no taylor swift? good. katy perry gets nom? bad. but i hate the grammys so im cool. no alicia keys? not cool at all.

  51. lolli says – reply to this

    51

CONGRATS TO FANTASIA! SHES BEEN HAVING SUCH A TOUGH YEAR

  52. 52

Eminem sucks. He has been doing the same repetitive trash since the day he appeared on the scene. He is nothing but a sore loser. Same formula over and over and nothing but whiny complaints as if he was 13 years old. Pfft.
Most of those artists sucks, are talentless, and got nothing to do there. Grammies can go to hell.

  53. 53

eminem is a sawed off little punk

  54. 54

Re: xoxo_anonymous – Agreed. I think Chris deserves the nominations too. I just hope he's not blacklisted from the show this year.

  55. 55

bieber you brat if you beat gaga in ONE category imma smack yo ass

  56. 56

KATY PERRY AS BEST FEMALE VOCAL ??????!!!! KATY PERRY?!
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT A FKN JOKE!!!

SMH at Beyonce's dad submitting her live performances. SMH.
No Taylor Swift?! WOW THERE IS A GOD.
    Poor Christina….got snubbed again….
Expected Bad Romance to get nommed for Record of the Year tbh.
    Damn GET IT Adam.

It would be lovely if Ray LaMontagne, Florence, Glambert, Sade & Kanye won.

  57. 57

    Lets Goo!! GAGA

  58. 58

Lol most of the artists nominated this year are jokes.

  59. 59

Justin Bieber got nominated for 2 Grammy's!!!!!! Whatcha gonna say now haterz? I know Justin is gonna win them both. Never Say Never!!!!!!! I also hope Eminem wins cause I love him and he deserves it too.

  60. 60

Re: lacey1 – i dont think he will be…if he was gunna be blacklisted…i dont think they would have bothered with giving him the noms.

  61. 61

The SCHAMAMYS!! It's a Joke! This award has lost so much credibility and it's always LATE on the uptake. Who Gives a CRAP!! This is the INTERNET AGE! there's so many great NEW Artists out there, and the GRAMMY's are run by 90 year olds waiting to croak.

  62. 62

    Gagagrammys

  63. 63

Hey Perez, I thought you said LeAnn's career was over. She's nominated for another Grammy. Fuck you Perez you fucking piece of pig fuck

  64. 64

    This list is a joke.

  65. 65

Re: NookiesWA – The Oscars really dont do that.

  66. 66

Now I see megadave got a nomi He'll probably actually win this year.

  67. 67

Re: lexirei – Erykah Badu is real talent unlike the rest of these fucken losers.

  68. 68

I'm sorry but these nominations are an embarrassment. The Grammy's are an embarrassment.

  69. 69

The Rock nominations are a fucking joke…. Where the hell is Avenged Sevenfold on there? Their album was number one, it knocked Eminem off the top spot

  70. 70

Why no mention of Adam Lambert nomination in this blog. I noticed something about it one of todays blogs but that seemed it was spurred by the Hollywood Reporter article - not your personal opinion.

  71. 71

Perez, why no mention of Adam Lamberts' nom in this blog. Aren't you happy for him? I see you put something on todays blog, but that was spurred by the Hollywood Reporter article, not your opinion.

  72. 72

    MUMFORD AND SONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  73. 73

I hope hope hope Florence or Mumford and Sons wins best new artist - they are both incredible musicians and songwriters. Plus I'd love Miranda Lambert to win for House That Built Me. I'm not a big country fan but that song is so beautiful.
