The last project Leslie Nielsen worked on was a small budget animated film, but we may never get a chance to see it.
After Leslie finished work on the film, the producers couldn't afford the costs of final animation.
According to director Bryan Waterman, Leslie finished his voice work over a year ago, yet there is still a lot to be done before the movie could possibly be released.
Currently, the project is taking donations, and anybody who contributes will receive a "special thanks" credit at the end of the film.
At the same time, Waterman is searching for investors.
He has said that he'll add a dedication to Leslie Nielsen if the film ever gets finished.
We hope they're able to get the financing to finish it! Would be nice to hear Leslie's voice one last time
aside from re-watching Airplane A LOT, and we think including a dedication is a very sweet gesture.
Do U think Leslie Nielsen's final film will ever see the light of day?
