Now that her decade long relationship with Stuart Townsend has come to an end, Charlize Theron is putting their Malibu home on the market.
The actress paid $2.2 million for the 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom ocean front getaway on La Costa Beach and put Townsend on the deed two years later.
The couple have been leasing the property for $30,000 per month, but they are trying to sell the 1930s beach house for $7.5 million.
