I'm beginning to think they're just trying to up the ratings for Fox News. Surely people who don't watch it are now getting very curious about it.

Why is that so bad? What's so bad about Fox news mentioning the only legitimate, popular everywhere in the country December holiday, called Christmas? Why the fuck does everyone have to be so politically correct nowadays? Christmas is the most important holiday in December, get over it all of you crazy liberals who must cater to everyone.

perez, dont you think thats just fox's way at laughing in the medias (aka YOUR) face by showing that they can even influence the simpsons, and that maybe they are serious about wishing people merry christmas? lol i mean, fox does pay their pay checks. lol your the stupidest blogger ever.

Re: IhateObama1 – no, you just need an IQ of above 60 so that would cancel you out.

Am I stupid for not getting this one? What is wrong with Christmas?

Re: jerseygirl415 – You're ridiculous. By only wishing people a merry Christmas, they would be completely cutting out a huge amount of the population. Believe it or not, although Christmas is certainly the most widely-advertised and promoted holiday of December (probably of the year), there are other religions and other holidays out there. I would never expect anyone to be like "Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, have a good winter solstice, enjoy your Kwanza…" A simple "Happy Holidays!" would suffice. That way, everyone is included under one blanket phrase and everyone can be happy. Typical Americans though…lets just stir everyone together and mold them all into one religion, one ethnicity, etc.

Hahaha! Duh. Fox News is complete garbage to anyone with a brain.

Too bad they aired Happy Hanukkah two weeks ago…dumbass

    BEST part of the show!

Re: ohwellyeah – I don't understand why that's necessary. I have Jewish friends who wish me a Happy Hanukkah and I say thank you and move on. Why is it that when I say Merry Christmas it's offensive? Instead of putting all religions under "one blanket phrase," why can't we just be respectful of each other's traditions?

Re: ohwellyeah – NO what would be typical America is what is done now and what you suggested - Happy Holidays! America and our political correctness. Yes, there are other holidays, of course. But Christmas is the most popular and most celebrated in December and is the most important Catholic holiday. There is nothing wrong with saying Merry Christmas, just like there's nothing wrong with saying Happy Hanukkah or whatever else there is. Just don't mesh it together because THAT'S ridiculous.

Re: jennagius – Exactly. I hate "Happy Holidays", and the "holiday tree" and "winter break" rather than Christmas tree and Christmas break, because that's what those two are, right? There is nothing wrong with Merry Christmas, or any other religious holiday phrase. I hate when the media/Americans put all holidays together under "Happy Holidays!". I feel like doing it that way makes the individual holidays less important.

Did you not see where Fox News on every night thru Hanukkah wished you a very happy Hanukkah and lit the manora. All eight night!! Come on people get a clue.
