Teen Mom 2 Trailer With All New Cast!!

Oh great. A brand new cast of teen moms are coming to MTV in January, trying to become famous hoping to show the harsh reality of being a teenage mother

Forget Farrah, Catelynn, Amber and Maci. MTV is using a completely different cast for Teen Mom 2 - however you will see some familiar faces. Plucking young moms from MTV's other baby momma show, 16 and Pregnant, this season will introduce a whole slew of brand new drama.

And it looks super intense. We just hope that this doesn't glamorize the idea of being a teen mom and will actually shed some light on how difficult and PERMANENT it is to raise a child.

Check out the trailer (above).

I miss when MTV was legit.
    When it played MUSIC!

  2. 2

They get to be on tv - of course it glamourizes teen mothers! Teens think for the moment - long term implications do not matter to them.

wow check out these trash. way to go MTV… glamorize skanky teens who get pregnant. and wow surprise, surprise later on in the trailer one of the dumb moms hurt her child because she was not watching over it properly. WAY TO GO SKANKS

That Janelle is such a classy, respectable, lady.

I'd love to see how you people think its glamorized. The girls happen to become reality stars in the making but in no way does it show how being a young mom is great and every teenage girl should get knocked up. I watch these shows and if i was a teenager in no way would these shows make me want to go out and get pregnant….in fact it does the opposite to me.

I’m so excited. I loved Chelsea, although I am a little disappointed that she’s back with the father of the baby. He was a complete tool. And I was happy to see that Leah is back with the father. I was curious as to see what was happening. I hate Janelle, though. She was a bitch. And Kaylin was annoying as hell. Oh well.

Re: Trish M-w – There are reports of girls purposely trying to get pregnant just to get on the show.

If teens think that by getting pregnant at a young age is glamorouse then they're really wrong. Fame can be temporary but a kid is 4ever. It's hard 2b a young mom n then having a kid who could need medical attention, thats financial strain. What teen would like 2 get up every hour 4 feeding?

  9. 9

okay. kailyn annoys the crap out of me and i've never liked her. leah is a sweetheart and i'm so excited shes getting married. chelsea is an IDIOT for getting back together with that dick, i think she forgot the time he totally bashed her as a mom and didn't want their baby. i know janelle isn't the best mom but seriously her mother is crazy for wanting custody of her GRANDCHILD not her child. this will be interesting to watch, but yeah they will most likely glamorize the idea of being a teen mom, which pisses me off.

  10. 10

YEEEEEEESSS !!! So excited!!! Thanks for posting!!!!!

  11. 11

Not sure how being broke and living in your parents house while you miss your last year or two of high school is GLAMOROUS.

  12. 12

yay! cant wait for this!! =D im so glad corey and leah got back together. but yeah.. is that adam moving in with chelsea?! wtf…cant stand him

  13. 13

ive been wondering what happened with leah (the one with twins) and chelsea (the one with the shitty baby daddy) so im super excited to watch season 2!

i hate when people say that shows like these set a bad example for teens. if i were a teen watching these shows, i would never have sex in fear that one of these situations could be my life. they do not glamorize it whatsoever. they show all of the hard times these girls have to go through.

  14. 14

Re: Trish M-w – completely agree with you

  15. 15

Re: rosebud99 – and oh yeah, you can trust everything that is reported…

  16. 16

MTV needs to go back to the days when mtv stood for music television. Goodluck to Kailyn….i know the guy shes with now, Jordan, and he's lacking down south if you know what i mean.

  17. 17

Kids are dumb espeacially teens they do what they can for 15 minutes of fame. There should be an age limit to reproduce or atleast graduate highschool…

anyway im glad theres a new cast the old mommas cant depend on MTV to buy their huggies anymore… Hopefully they dont get anothershow.

  18. 18

    ugh garbage shows nowa days..

  19. 19

i don't think it glamorizes teen pregnancies at all, in fact, it does the complete opposite. watching this the teens on there are always stressed, tired, and crying about something because obviously they're not ready for that kind of responsibility. they lose friends and miss out on so many things and mtv shows all of that. how in the world is that glamorizing things. I personally love the show BUT i do feel very sorry for these girls a lot of the times. anyway all that being said, the rumors about girls getting pregnant on purpose to go on the show is just that…rumors. Now if it is true that is very stupid considering im sure there are thousands of girls trying to get on the show (that is if they're even casting..who knows?) and it's just plain stupid and i would hope teens wouldn't do something so dumb. anyway cant wait for this to start, they picked great girls especially leah! :)

i am so excited to see this new group of girls, but i really hope they keep showing maci's story, i absolutely adore her and think she is a great mother. this show does NOT glamorize teen pregnancy at all. this show, in fact, convinced my little sister to give her baby up for adoption because she knew she wasn't ready to be a mom. i love that mtv is giving us a look inside of these little's girls lives. you can't just pretend the problem doesn't exist, and if one little girl decides to have protective sex after watching, then mtv is doing a good job.

  21. 21

It doesn't look glamorized to me……nice try perez.

  22. 22

Re: BeeLahhve – Ditto to that. I really don't understand why it's called MTV anymore. It has nothing to do with music at all.

  23. 23

They should have stopped by my place for a homemade abortion. Let me crank up the Hoover!

  24. 24

Re: omgwtflolhaha – Maybe that's a good thing? If he's not good in bed, then she won't get knocked up again. At least not by him…

  25. 25

I don't think you've watched this show. It doesn't glamorize teen motherhood. It does the opposite.

  26. 26

What's glamorous? These girls are broke, lost what little freedom they had, have baby daddys who split or are lazy and immature…yeah, that's real "glamourous".

  27. 27

How are people not getting what is glamourized by this? It's not necessarily the lifestyle of being a teen mom but the benefits of being a "reality star". Teenagers are popping out kids left and right to be on this show just so they can get invited to a Hollywood party so they can use Pauly D as a human stripper pole.

  28. 28

i loved the first cast of teen mom ( i could do without farrah) but this season looks good as well !

  29. 29

WTF how the hell does this glamorize teen pregnancy????? everyone who has actually watched the show know that it does anything but that.. the girls getting pregnant just to get on this show must be crazy!!

  30. 30

    Re: Trish M-w – EXACTLY

  31. 31

sad sad sad…since when having a kid at 16 is glamorous??
come to Argentina and I'll show you how glamorous having a kid is.. ha!

  32. 32

im really happy to see leah and chelsea!! i really hope chelsea is not back with adam though, he is such a douchebag. also sooo not stoked on jenelle being on, she is an ungrateful bitch. was that her shoving her mom in the promo? looks like shes an amber 2.0.

  33. 33

Re: Trish M-w – you're not a teenager. How teenagers think is, I wanna have a baby so I can be on TV too.

  34. 34

Re: like!!!COLON!!! whatever! – teenage girls are stupid. All they see is, "They're on TV! They're in magazines" (the other teen mommies, that is)

  35. 35

I don't get it. Have you ever watched the show? It's not making anything look easy, it looks totally rough and real and hard. If I were a teen and I saw this it would make me think twice before shagging.

  36. 36

Re: StinkyGoddess – Last I checked…in order to become an adult I had to be a teenager first. So I think I know a little about how a teenager thinks. Its not any different from how I thought. Think realistically now…there are teen pregnancies…there always will be. Kids don't think or get caught up in the moment and it happens. Getting on this show is just a way to get their stories out there while getting a little money to support the baby. You know…prevent others from making foolish choices.

  37. 37

I love Chelsea, and her dad is awesome. I really hope Adam doesn't weasle his way into her life again… what he said in that text during 16 & Pregnant was unforgiveable. Jenelle is a trainwreck, and I understand her mom wanting to get that baby away from her. I also hope that Leah's babies will be okay. While I wish that MTV would get back to playing music, these shows (16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom) are so damn addicting to me!

  38. 38

Oh man… as much as this looks SUPER trashy.. they definitely chose all of the mothers perfectly to get high ratings.
I remember all of these stories from their seasons of 16 and pregnant.

I disagree that they are promoting teen pregnancy though.. if you've seen the show, its complete birth control for realz.. only completely fucked up people would look at that show and think "wow! thats super enjoyable! I definitely want to try that out for myself!"
I'm 19, and I for sure don't even want to think about having a baby for the next 5 or more years.
