What a surprise!

Kelly Clarkson performed at a benefit concert and surprised the audience with a new song titled You Still Won't Know What It's Like from her upcoming album.

She also told the crowd that the new album is done, but doesn't know have a release date just yet.

Her voice is still absolutely flawless.

Sounds like a great album track. She's definitely hit her stride. Just an incredibly natural singer, its just flawless for her. Definitely on of the most under-rated voices along with P!nk. I can't wait for her new material!

For all of you dimwits who hate the song and thinks it's country pop it's not. Kelly said that this is just the broken down version of the show. This benefit concert she did was just acoustic performances so you wouldn't expect to hear electric guitars, keys, other plugged up instruments, and the regular version of the songs. The song is great, and shows why Kelly is a great songwriter once again. To xcalibur of course this song doesn't sound like single material but it will make a great album track which some of the time the album tracks are better than the single tracks. Also Kelly is not some "No Talent, non-singer" no truth about it. The truth is that Kelly is one of the top 5 best singers/songwriters of our generation. And Taylor may not the best singer, but she HAS had some pretty good performances and she is another great songwriter. I say someone wishes they had at least one ounce of their talent.

KELLY DIDN'T SAY THE SONG WAS FOR HER NEW ALBUM, she said that she wrote out her thoughts about what she saw and learned about the orphans and their situation when she visited the orphanage in Africa when she was on tour. SHE THEN SAID THAT THEY MIGHT RELEASE THE SONG AS A CHARITY SINGLE TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE HOUSES OF HOPE which is what the benefit concert was for.

Carrie and Kelly are without a doubt the best American Idol has produced. Hope they can find someone as good. Adam Lambert is great too but he didn't win.

xcalibur you must be a fukn idiot, her last album 'All I Ever Wanted' was a major hit, it set a lot of records and was number one in a lot of countries. it wasnt a megahit like some of her other albums but it got amazing reviews. I wasnt a kelly clarkson fan until i heard this record. every song on it is amazing.

I love Kelly! she is so pretty, and she's one of the most talented, powerful singers out there. She is WAYYY underrated. Listening to this makes me wonder why people like Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber are famous.
