Sorry, Pedro!

What happened?!?
We're sad to hear that Pedro Almodovar's Broadway adaptation of Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown will be closing on Jan 2.
The play will be shutting down three weeks early, after a total of 30 previews and 69 performances.
Guess Pedro's top-notch filmmaking skills didn't translate well to the stage.
We give you credit for trying. Looking forward to more of your wonderful films!

How could the show possibly succeed without actress Carmen Maura?
American's do not have any idea who he is. Most American's would not be caught dead watching a Spanish film. These are the same people who voted for Bush. These ignorant people live in red states.
