Unreleased Eminem Song Pays Tribute To His Deceased Friend

| Filed under: Music MinuteSad SadEminem

So sad.

Check out this previously unreleased track by Eminem, called Difficult (above).

Sources claim that the rapper wrote this in 2006, after D12 member and close childhood friend Proof was shot and killed.

Eminem is clearly inebriated, so he's not as sharp as some may be used to, but it's still pretty powerful stuff.

We're sincerely sorry for your loss, bb.

Thoughts??

If you were sincere, you should have left off the lame "bb".

  2. 2

Low class white trash tryin to impersonate low class black trash ! Hopefully he'll start poppin pills again real soon !

  4. 4

How is he clearly inebriated? Yes, he said he was on a lot of pain killers during his "dark time" but UMMMMMMM I'm trying to understand why this is soooooo clear to you? You are ridiculously naive.

  5. 5

    Aw l

Re: WatcherOne – LOL I didn't even notice that!!!

  7. 7

    WHAT DOES BB MEAN?

  8. 8

You're such a hypocrite, Mario!! You talk trash about Em all the time…and now, all of a sudden you're praising him?! WTF?! I think he just did this as a way to help cope with his loss, and not as something he planned on releasing… While it's not as on point as his music usually is, you can definitely feel his pain through the lyrics!! So sad…

awww I feel bad for Marshall, its hard to lose someone you care about. This song is very touching and personal. Love it.

One can never day that Eminem is not talented. The man is gifted. I have always enjoyed his music. He may be a bit harsh at times, but I like him anyway.

  13. 13

There is so much cut from this song It is annoying I do know that. I am so uncool though, I don't get any of the comments above except that em is talented but a real tool. I don't even know what perez "bb" means I am sure it is profound

Re: GG78 – No need to be such an asshole. Seriously, you obviously don't understand how hard it is to come from the place he came from. You should learn to have more compassion for people. God will bring something to your life that will make you change the way you think. I'll pray for you.

This song just has so much emotion and for any way who has lost a best friend they can relate to it so much. Rips out a lot of emotion within you, that's why you gotta love Em, he is the best at this.

This song is really touching and sad.

Every time he says "Doody", my heart breaks a little.

  18. 18

I am just sure he loves you calling him "bb". If you respected ANYONE's grief, you wouldn't be so trite about your condolences

Incredible. I wish I could download this…even unfinished its still better than the stuff that's out there now by other artists.

People get really insane with the comments here, relax.

  21. 21

Whatever you were trashing him during his grief. We're lucky he's still around to listen to his brilliance.

Re: GG78 – Em was born and raised in Detroit, and it was no picnic. He's white class; he rises above, and imitates no one. He. Is. Eminem.

"clearly inebriated" You're "clearly" a dumb ass.

Re: alanlovesyew – Compassion?? You want me to have compassion for a man who talks shit on EVERYBODY, writes songs about murdering people, rape, abuse etc… He makes horrible comments in songs about his mother and wife that his daughter will one day hear. He is white trash trying to talk and act like black trash, period.

Re: LCFB – My mother is proud ! Proud that I'm not white trash trying to smulate black trash ! Have a blessid ass day, kunt !

  31. 31

Love Em, always have always will. So happy he's back on top. No one keeps it as real as Eminem.

  32. 32

It's really sad when you upload a song that Eminem wrote to work his way through the grieving process. To take something so personal and pass judgement on it…..so wrong in so many ways.

  33. 33

so sad. eminem never fails. but at least proof is in a better place now. eminem is always on top. GG78 go kill yourself. got it? good.

  36. 36

I haven't listened to this yet, but I miss Proof just about every day. He was always very kind to me and always a super funny guy. I was heartbroken that it went the way it did.

  37. 37

If you "sincerely" care, please remove this post. This song was made as a personal release for himself. It was never meant to be heard by the public. Please stop spreading it.

  38. 38

em sounds more slowed down cos of the production, it's slowed down, he's not inebriated.

  39. 39

i love it. i wish he had finished it and released it, its beautiful. so much emotion.

  40. 40

    Re: alanlovesyew – ummm…heard that.

  41. 41

Re: Manda756 – I completely agree. It also says that he wrote the song in 06 not that he recorded it. SOO for all he knows he recorded it 6 months ago when he was already clean.

  42. 42

Re: GG78 – Someone's skin color does not define the way they act in every case. It's usually the way that person was raised. Eminem was raised in the "ghetto" of Detroit, so he's going to be a product of that raising. He may seem like "white trash" trying to act like "black trash" but that's definitely not the case. Em is who he is. He doesn't try to be anyone else. Skin color is irrelevant.

  43. 43

such a beautiful song. however i don't think eminem really wanted this shared with the world. especially not unfinished. i believe this was done for personal reasons and as much as i appreciate hearing it, you should remove this perez

  44. 44

i don't understand how people can make such heartless comments on a post dedicated to a man who murdered at the age of 32.
and p.s. if you all are such haters towards perez then why are you commenting and visiting his sight? if you're gonna have to hate him then do it on a more appropriate page.

  45. 45

    *who was murdered
