      You actually looked half way decent in this video, but holy shit… the voice makes me want to cut my ears off. Glad that you want to do good, but stay away from the old people, the nasal, whiny voice only reinforces how welcome euthanasia would be to them! Happy New Year!

      ur looking good perez the only thing that can transform is muscle and weights as this is the only thing that will keep the body firm so invest in some weights
      apart from this ur looking fantastic

      ur soul mate is not here yet perez the reason for this is that ur got alot of work to do so even if its lonely u still got a place in the world so u need to keep doing ur stuff and the online dating always end up the same old crap just stay focused on life and ull meet people who belong in it

      my new years resolution was

      more travel .. been sitting around too long …need to see more of the world
      no biting my nails i do that one every year and it lasts 30 mins
      no more strays -about 20 animals im feeding just cant say no
      currently got animals out the pahooty

      also to join up for like disaster help to help people in disaSTER areas and do more exercise myself .. madonna is my inspiration im sure she could do a program for perez

      just remember perez as a man u can easily build muscle any man can have the ricky martin body but its the weight training that does it

      awwww….. you are sooooo adorable!!! handsome, kind and giving. Go also to the childrens hospital in in sunset blvd in Hollywood. Take La coacha with you and entertain the children. It has been my dream to always go to the children's hospital and give love to their parents. You will date n italian young man and his name will start with a "C".       U are so right. We need to give more attention to our elders in this country. I work with 70-105 year old wonderful people each day and love it. There are some very alone and lonely people out there that just want to talk….just be heard. They have so much to teach us. They are around us everywhere…

      Perez I use to love your website but honestly I do not visit that often anymore. The reason is because there is obviously famewhores who pay you to constantly blog about them. Second, Lady Gaga is great but I am tired of seeing almost every other post about her, Gaga is fierce, Gaga's breath smells nice in the morning, Gaga's farts are diva-licious. Gaga's quotes etc. It just has become unentertaining and boring. You really should consider giving us REAL gossip, instead of blogging about people who pay you to talk about them. Anyways Perez I will keep checking to see if it improves. If not, I am deleting you from my favorites. XOXO!!!

      Great Resolutions! I wish you all the luck in the world. I hope you find lurve. I've got the plague currently so I'm officially starting my New Years next weekend lol.       I FORGOT TO ADD u meet ur soulmate in 2013 yes relationships will be some before that but the main man is still yet to come…and he is gorgeous and doesnt know much about the internet (thank fully)

      between u ull have (surrogate) and adopt many kids and be kind of like the gay version of brangelina some of ur own and some adopted
      ull also be blogging from africa and so will ur son named 'ivan perez junior'

      You are looking HOT DAMN!!! All great resolutions. I love your website, and will continue to be a fan. Something I really want to do is bring my dog to children's hospitals and old people's homes. You can have your dog be a therapy dog, and then your dog is stoked and the people you visit are so happy! How fun is that?!

      So Awesome! You have inspired me to maybe join match.com, too! You should be a Big Brother to an at risk-child. As a former teacher, I have seen there are so many young children that need a positive role model in their lives. Someone who would eat lunch with them at school, help with homework, take them to places they might not otherwise see. Good Luck!

      I just can't bring myself to watch it. So no critique from me on this one. Based on the comments above I'm going to be just as leery of your blind links this year due to the "naked" revelation. That and you will find someone when you grow some integrity and come to terms with who you really are Punkinhead.       It's true that the elderly in our society are often forgotten. That's good that you're going to do that, Perez. Also, to the people who keep saying that he hasn't changed I say this: Change takes time. None of us are perfect and when we undertake to change ourselves we cannot be expected to have some magical overnight transformation. Sure, Perez has still said some snarky things, but he's really let go of the hate. I hope the haters who leave comments here don't have children because those poor kids would be expected to be perfect all the time and never slip or make any mistakes. I picture them saying to their kids "HEY FATBOY, YOU GOT A C- IN MATH INSTEAD OF AN A+! GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE AND STFU FATBOY!"

      Some people in this world are just full of hate and cannot change. The haters who leave those kinds of comments are among them. At least Perez has started to make a change in himself. You sorry people likely never will.

      When I was in the brownies when I was younger we adopted a few elderly people who where in homes. I think they didn't have families or families too far away to visit. I kept visiting till they both passed away. But have really good memories of that. Loved hearing their life stories. My res is to finally get my cd done. Wishing everyone a very successful year!

      I think it is great you have changed your demeanor and become nicer and changed your body and become healthier. People can change. It happens. Addicts can change, meanies can change, abusers can change. I am extremely proud of you and the positive example you are now setting. And you must feel a lot better about yourself now. Keep on working on your body. It can take quite a while (sometimes years) to finish toning up and losing little "pocket areas" of fat, even after you have reached your total weight loss goal.

      A couple of days ago I was watching reruns of Tori and Dean and you were in one of the episodes. You really are a jerk. You had really ugly orange hair and you were pretty heavy and you had a bag mouth on you. Screaming and yelling at ppl in public at a gathering that you most likely were invited to.       Mine are like yours:
      - I really want to volunteer. I'm thinking to work with kids with cancer
      - Im happy with my body, but I really want to excercise.
      - Date more, enjoy myself. Do not worry and just be happy and enjoy life.
      - Get an unpaid job at jornalism to practice what i've learn. So, if you need an assistant, give me a call hahahaha

      I'm really enjoying your blog even more. I really liked the "old one", but this one feels better. I think I needed a change too :) - I always see myself in the things you say-

      More sleep sounds like a good resolution. Yawn…and doable.
      'Finding' a partner will of course happen when you're NOT looking, hehe, and will smack you upside the head sideways by surprise. It's something you just can't manufacture or set up, as one learns.

      Good job Perez! I'm sure you'll find the man you're looking for someday soon. You've got a nice, bubbly, personality and I'm sure you'll find a guy that will love that in you! As for the volunteer work, elderly are so much fun to work with! I volunteer with the elderly as well and just take them for walks around the nursing home in wheel chairs so do little old lady's hair or I just go visit them in their rooms. Some of the stories they tell about their lives can be insane or really inspiring! Truly! As for the body, it looks great already! Keep up the good work! I really admire you for making these resolutions!
