Knocked Up Sequel On Its Way…Sort Of

| Filed under: Film FlickersSeth RogenPaul Rudd

sort of knocked up sequel on its way

These characters were HIGHlarious! This could DEF be cool.

Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann's characters from Knocked Up will get their own movie, which will be written, directed, AND produced by Judd Apatow.

Filming is scheduled to begin in Los Angeles this summer, and the movie is slated for release on June 1, 2012.

…Guess Seth Rogen was too busy with The Green Hornet and Kung Fu Panda sequels.

Are U excited for the "sort of" Knocked Up sequel?

Jesus Christ, this Apatow thing is such a formula now, I love Judd, but seriously, don't care to see this shit.

Seth Rogan as the issue when he does Apatow movies left and right? Are you an idiot, Mario. HIEGL would obviously be the reason for this kind of sequel not working out.

Definitely. They can't have Rogen in the movie because they don't want Bitchface Heigl in the movie… and they wouldn't want to ruin the ending of Knocked Up by insinuating that Ben & Allison (Rogen&Heigl in KU) broke up.

EmEmCee is right. Katherine Hiegel is why they have to do a sequel without Seth Rogen

  6. 6

Well, I'd be excited ONLY if Seth is in it. The other two were funny, but not funny enough to have their own spin-off movie.

i don't NEED to see a Knocked Up "spin off" (if you will)

but if it looks good i'll check it out…if they wanna do a sequel why not do a Superbad sequel.

I don't care if that girl who plays Allison is in it, but no Ben? I'm not watching this shit.

Definitely! I liked their characters better, anyway. I don't know, Katherine Heigl just didn't seem like the right fit for the character that she played. And I just thought that it was absolutely RIDICULOUS when they said that she was in her early/mid 20's. YEAH RIGHT. And it's not that she has massive wrinkles or anything like that, it's just that she does not look young… at all.
