Data From Dr. Murray's Phone Admissible In MJ Murder Case

| Filed under: Legal MattersMichael JacksonTech Talk

Another big score for the prosecution.

Today, a judge ruled that Dr. Conrad Murray's cell phone and phone records were admissible for the prosecution in the Michael Jackson murder case.

Prosecutors intend to use the phone records to help create a detailed timeline of the doctor's actions on the day MJ died. However, the defense may also be using this new evidence to their advantage. They reportedly have 12 screenshots found on the phone that may be used as evidence, as well as several brief voicemails.

This was all decided upon moments before Dr. Murray was scheduled to take the stand. We're sure we'll hear more about that a little later.

It is a manslaughter case, not a murder case……..

it's weird that there were so many calls to a little league team and to the local cub scouts

This is just a cover-up, just like the Anna Nicole Smith case, and the charges being dropped against those who were providing her with prescription drugs, illegally. How is it that Dr. Murry's phone records are inadmissible in this case, however, they would be fully admissible, if you or I, were in his very same position? There is clearly a large illegal presciption conspiracy in Hollywood, among the rich and the elite, and their suppliers, and the government is deeply involved–hence, the reason for the entire cover-up. If Murry is covicted, he'll get a lite sentence, and if he goes to prison, they will throw the case-out, or lesson his sentence, on appeal–in order to protect Murry, and the many other conspirators.

Re: bongo – Maybe little league players and cub scouts were like MJ's take out menu.

I hope they throw the book at him!

Good! Now it can be proven that without a doubt every number but 911 was getting called. I'm interested in seeing some of the screenshots from some of those text messages.

No, but they were more then likely on his long list of organizations that he donated money to. The both of you are sick and "bongo" I know your jumping up and down with joy due to the attention that you just received.

If Murray was doing no wrong and everything he did was all above board then the minute he realised Michael Jackson had stopped breathing he would have called 911. The complete opposite happened, he did everything BUT call 911, the phone records will prove this.
The only person Murray was thinking about when he realised he had killed Michael was himself.

Re: rosebud99 – you know mrs rosebud, im surprised you of all people are so judgemental about michael, considering your background.
you come from a community where you find it hard to fit into society, people have labelled you and your kind of people all sorts of disgusting things yet you come on here to do the exact same thing to Michael..
maybe you should remember this next time you are campaining for your gypsy rights!!

I wouldn't be surprised if they manage to put together that Dr. Murray was an accomplice to MJ's death. There are a lot of shady dealings that people don't know about. I don't think it was just one person who murdered him, it was many people and for many reasons. It just sucks that he had to die that way (or any way, really). I miss him and wish him peace in Heaven.
