They want their money and they want it now.
Elvis Presley Enterprises is suing music publisher Chrysalis Music Group, claiming they owe them as much as $5 million in royalty payments.
EPE, which owns a 50% interest in Elvis' music, filed the suit lat week and claim that Chrysalis has breached an agreement by "failing to properly collect, account for and pay it owed money."
Sounds like a long and boring court battle is on the way. Prepare yourselves, Michael Jackson estate - this is what you have to look forward to!
