why not go to texas, get your feet back on the ground, save some money then try the music thing again?

  2. 2

Like so many others in his situation, I wish him the best and pray someone or something will come through for him.

  3. 3

why don't you help him Perez?

  4. 4

I say go get a job where you can, kid. Most of us are stuck in life doing jobs we hate, anyway. "Follow your dreams" is elementary school bullshit.

  5. 5

How does he have a phone to tweet if he's homeless? Coffee shops usually dont provide computers….

  6. 6

He is obviously thick. If you are homeless and broke…. fucking get a job, any job, not just a musical one you fucktard.

  7. 7

dude can't you just get a job and then try to make music?

  8. 8

So why can't he work a shitty job while trying to pursue his musical job?

    Just a thought.

  9. 9

    He can stay with me

  10. 10

It's sad, he's such a talented kid and a great musician. It looked like he was going to get a record deal when he was still on "If I Can Dream." I guess a lot of those people Simon Fuller had around him were really not the big shots they pretended to be or he would be making lots of money with a record out by now and doing concerts and club dates. In fact, I would think that some club in LA would benefit from having him as their nightly act, at the very least. The idiots on this message board advise him to become a busboy or dishwasher, but those jobs are hard to come by in this Second Great Depression.

  11. 11

The only thing sad about this is that this fame hore will get the help he doesnt deserve. He is a healthy young attractive white male in the United States. He undoubtedly can get a college education and prob skip in line to a great job just based on his looks and/or race if he wanted (based on how America works). But instead he will forgo all that for fame since we all know that your life is valueless and unfulfilling unless ur rich/famous/powerful… Worse, he'd probably compare his struggle to this who really suffer…

  12. 12

everyone said it first - get a damn job! it's not like you're too famous and people will recognize you. i don't even know who he is, I thought he was Adam Lambert's little brother or something lol

  13. 13

Re: mustbenargles – Public Libraries have internet. You don't have to have a phone to tweet.

  14. 14

Looking for sympathy and hand outs much?

  15. 15

Perez you should HELP him!!! He is crazy talented and it would such a shame if he quit his dream! C'mon help the brother! I know you have a sweet side!

  16. 16

yeah, cause nobody sings in tx right? yoohoo…ever hear of austin? one of the live music capitals of the us? this is just a sad story on so many levels.

  17. 17

If you have the time to "go to coffee shops to tweet" I'm sure you can find the time to wash dishes or serve coffee there for a couple of hours a day. Some people just feel entitled to some things. I would love to travel the world but I don't tweet from Africa saying I'm homeless following my dream. I work hard and travel when I can.

  18. 18

go back home u can recoup and come out try again things cant be that bad if hes still tweeting priorities
he should shack up with a cougar ..or go home the streets are dangerous

  19. 19

Re: Amy Wang – Isn't that the truth! You either luck out right away when it comes to the music industry or you never do… I think this is a sign that it's not meant to be for him…

  20. 20

    Re: stupidkibbles3[/re]

Yeah public libraries do, but he didnt mention the library. He mentioned coffee shops and stores. Plus at libraries here you have to have a valid id and address to even get a library card, to even access the computers… so unless he had one before he went homeless for that township's library… he wouldn't be able to… Might be different there though =p who knows!

  21. 21

Perez, send the guy the $80 bucks for a bus ticket home, where he can work on his spelling skills and get a job.

  22. 22

If this guy is sincere, then wow. I feel horrible.

  23. 23

I know how this feels to be in your position. I was there but luckily I got help. I would be more than happy to help you out. Alex if you're reading this & you still need a place to stay or anything email me at BeanieBach@OhWellJay.com

  24. 24

Perez, YOU should absolutely help the guy.

  25. 25

is he drunk? my person life? my snaf? persue? forget hollywood and go back to school. yikes.

  26. 26

He only has himself to support….he should be able to find some type of job that will pay the rent for a room somewhere. It sounds like he is choosing to be down and out…not much sympathy here. He, (like many others before him after moving to Hollywood), may have to face the harsh reality that maybe he will have to alter his dream.

  27. 27

outcome of so many reality tv stars, too much congestion, lets all clear our sinuses

  28. 28

62% of all bankruptcies in the US last year were a result of medical bills. There are so many truly hard working people in the US who have had everything taken away. Imagine, being diagnosed with cancer today and having no home or place to go in 6 months because of chemo costs. This guy is complaining about not having his dream come true right away? Seriously dude, go home to your loving family work for a couple months and come back, if you’re not willing to do that, what are you willing to do to make your dream come true. Considering the state of the US alone this guy really has the balls to ask for charity? There are 1000’s of people in haiti right now with no homes and no running water. They have a bucket as a toilet, no place to empty it and no place to clean it. They are literally dying of infection RIGHT NOW. In other areas of the world people are having their hands chopped off with dirty machetes so they can’t vote RIGHT NOW. When are people going to open their eyes and see the state of this world.  People like Perez Hilton who’s website is viewed by readers around the world have an actual outlet to promote change in areas that actually need it. I know it’s a celebrity blog but instead of posting a story about some kid who isn’t getting what he wants post a story about the current political turmoil. Reach readers who may not read the newspaper. Together we can make a change!

  29. 29

Apparently this was pretty much bull. Dumbass move.

  30. 30

Well, you've got some extra money, don't you, Perez? You wanna prove you're turning a new leaf and there are still a lot of skeptics. Do it for the kid.

  31. 31

Welcome to the good ole USA. Disgusting that a land so rich, who gives billions of aid worldwide has homeless people.
And for those fucktards who say "get a job" do tell, who is hiring here in the U.S.? They are all overseas.
And education is now the biggest scam going. Lets drain your pockets some more instead of what used to be known as "on the job training."

  32. 32

Re: Amy Wang – Following your dreams is not elementary school bullshit. We are just socially conditioned to think that way. Every one of us can follow our dreams…It's just a matter of defining our dream and acting on it. You don't have to hate your job. That, my friend, is your choice.

  33. 33

Perhaps he should be asking for job applications at these coffee shops instead of tweeting?

  34. 34

was he not the guy on the V that got his body sucked away to leave only his soul.

he is as ugly and skinny as that guy

  35. 35

SINCE WHEN IS ANY "ARTIST" TOO GOOD FOR A DAY JOB???? IF HE'S HOMELESS IS HIS DOING, LOOK IT UP KIDDO, EVERY MAJOR STAR WAS SMART ENOUGH TO HAVE A DAY JOB. NOBODY IS TOO TALENTED TO NOT HAVE A JOB, EVEN MADONNA WORKED AT RUSSIAN TEA ROOM AS A COAT CHECK GIRL TO KEEP A ROOF OVER HER HEAD!!!!

  36. 36

Re: PerezHilton2011 – wrong site pal and i sure hope you are actually DOING something not just telling everyone else they should

  37. 37

He needs to go back to Texas, get a job, save some money, and pursue music at night.

  38. 38

Time to find an older gay sugardaddy. I know he's str8 but I'm sure the sugardaddy wont mind.

  39. 39

Seems like it's more a matter of how far he's willing to go to pursue his dream. Why not get a job and continue to pursue music like many others? Why expect someone else to bail him out instead of taking it on himself?

  40. 40

Re: alisha234 – Perez won't help him because he's not gay.

  41. 41

Re: alisha234 – Alisha - he just did help him…. by posting his story! Now everyone knows and some kind-hearted person will step forward and give him the helping hand that he so desperately needs. This kid has got a lot of heart to stay out there on the streets! I wish him well. I would rescue him if had that kind of money.

  42. 42

if you are homeless and have a chance to go back home, then go home, get a real job, save money, and try again. in this day and age their is no shame in that. music is a dead end street to newcomers. all your fans will do is steal it off the internet.
