We guess a lot of people wanted to be a part of that MileyBird's swan song!

Last Sunday's series finale of the smash series Hannah Montana garnered a whopping 6.2 million total viewers, making it cable's number one telecast in the hour among kids ages 6-11 (2.1 million/8.6 rating) and tweens 9-14 (2.0 million/8.3 rating) and the Disney channel's highest ratings ever in the hour!

Unbelievable!

We're glad that the show was able to go out with such a strong bang!

What do U think?? Were U happy with the way Hannah Montana ended??

i like the song wherever you go
    though

  4. 4

wow, highest in that hour?… Its not that big a deal remove the hour factor i'm sure a different episode of the same show has had higher ratings.. But its a decent sendoff nonetheless. But dude you sure know how to over hype stuff..

    Good riddance bitch!

I really like it, just Miley and Lilly!! just how it started! it's was good (as good as Disney can be) but I guess the real ending was 3 chapters ago.

    Amazing FINALE!

  9. 9

What record did this show break? Spongebob Squarepants gets higher ratings then this on Saturday morning.

  11. 11

because everyone was excited it was ending .

Perez, for the second time, it was not a swan song, it was opening the cage door so "Mileybird" can fly. Stop being such a bully! As for the ending, it was a copout. In real life, Miley didn't go to college, she opted for getting paid $10 million a picture to do movies. And Emily Osment, who chose to go to college, has so far ended up postponing college because she's gotten concert and movie oportunities instead. The Disney version may go down better with phony middle class parents watching the show, but the reality is that only an abject idiot would chose college over getting paid $10 million per movie.

    Re: laythisdown

it's so fucking stupid how you always have to say all this shit about miley.
are you like her fucking keeper or something?

and it's pretty fuckin obvious what they did in real life.
you're like pointing out the obvious already.

  14. 14

@twiisted, your name says it all!

    Re: laythisdown

LOL was that supposed to be an insult?
cause if it was it did NOT work. :)

  16. 16

Re: twiisted – "LIKE" do you talk like that in real life? Because if you do, you sound dumber than you type

This girl is NOT a good role model for young girls. Thank God its over. Next up, Trish and Poppa man have two more children to whore out.

@Shorty Hawk, having a wealthy famous father might open some doors, but it doesn't get you the part. Miley Cyrus had to audition numerous times in competition with 1,500 other girls to get her first big part as Hannah Montana/Miley Stewart. She is literally the hardest working kid in Hollywood and it shows in her phenomenal performances on screen and stage. Miley Cyrus is a wonderful role model for what she does, acting, singing and songwriting, and general entertainment. She shows other kids how it's done successfully and the hard work you need to make it in one of the toughest most unforgiving industries. That sounds like a great role model to me. If you are looking for her to act like a nun, then forget it and take your kids to a convent instead of letting them watch TV.

    it was perfect!

    Re: Novel1

yeah, i do have a tendency to say 'like' a couple of times.
    oh wait, DOESN'T EVERYONE?

if i did type dumb, i would probably be typing like this:
0mG thAt was lyk s0000 shiTTy.

now THAT is what you call sounding dumb while you type.

I'm not in the 6-14 age category, so I didn't watch. But did you like it, Perez? Please tell me you didn't actually watch it. I'll lose so much respect for you if you did…

  22. 22

I finally figured out what Twiisted stands for: knickers all twiisted in a knot. I've yet to figure out why people who obviously hate a particular entertainer will spend time reading about and then writing out–or should I say, spewing hatred about–that entertainer. It just doesn't make much sense.

  23. 23

It's so sad :( It was a good episode it made me cry im sad its over forever

Re: laythisdown – I think its funny how everyones saying how horrible of an influence she is when one of the girls who was up for the spot of hannah was taylor momsen… and if noone knows who she is then i suggest you google it…i think that girl is a wayyy worse role model then miley lol.
