Despite earlier reports that Scarlett Johansson was spotted on a double date with Jason Sudeikis, Scarlett's publicist says that the two are NOT dating.
The rep confirmed:
"Scarlett is not dating Jason nor is she dating anyone for that matter. It was just friendly outing amongst friends."
The ol' "Just Friends" excuse.
