russell and katy plan dates months in advance

Good thing Blackberrys and iPhones and Palm Pilots have calendars!

While on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Katy Perry revealed that she plans dates with hubby Russell Brand as much as eight months in advance!

Here's what she had to say about it:

"It's not tricky because we have already planned it eight months in advance. That sounds absolutely crazy but that's just how we have to do it."

Are these dates USUALLY planned so far in advance? What if they want to see a new movie? We seriously doubt The Green Hornet will still be playing in September.

Tell us Katy, WHAT ELSE is planned eight months in advance? Or is some Russell-lovin' allowed to be spontaneous? LOLz!

What do U think about Katy and Russell's dating arrangement?

I think this is super smart for a hollywood marriage. She is actively making sure that she and Russell make time for maintaining their marriage. Smart move.

If they're happy, then who the hell cares?

When you have to plan your dates so far in advance, it's a surefire sign the marriage is going downhill. It's not "super smart" at all. It's a desperate move. Especially so early on in a marriage which should be the "honeymoon phase". But then again, she seems like a controlling egomaniac so I'm not surprised. He's probably cheating on her already and she has no idea b/c she thinks she "controls" the bedroom as well. It's going to be fun watching this bitch's delusions of grandeur crash and burn. Pass the popcorn!!

I think its great. Two big stars in one relationship, the romance can get lost if you don't set aside special time. Kudos to them.

When you love someone, you'll do anything to be with them.

Re: Dave Letterman - staff fucker – Wow. You're kinda an awful person, aren't you? You must be one of those lonely people who hate on those who have found love. Excuse her from ensuring that they both make time in their very busy schedules for what's important… their marriage.

I would make plans in advance to bang her sweet ass too.
I am sure she has to schedule her dates around his other women anyway.

    Wawooooom, love them.

I think if it works for them GREAT!!! But if Russell ever wants to go to a movie he can call me ;)

you can see they are in love but is that going to be enough.. this is about the third photo i have seen of them in a similar pose where she seems to be talking and hes trying to reassure or calm her down..i love russel but even after marriage it was still splattering around that he was the guy nailed 9 woman in one night or something like 8000 over all… so sticking to one even as beautiful as katy might be tricky..

Re: MLE9025 – What's wrong with what he said? Anyone who has serious experience with relationships (married or long term) knows that this is a sign that it's already ending….
I'm married and it is true… the honeymoon phase does end. After that, you REALLY have to make time to pick things up. If my husband and I had to plan things that much in advance… we wouldn't be married still.

The only way that marriage is going to work, is if they're both okay with being dependent on themselves for their own happiness; not on each other. That they are okay with not sharing at least 30 minutes out of each day they have together, alone and personal. Personally, that's why most celebrity couples don't last… these types of careers require a lot of attention… and lack of it in a marriage.

I can be they won't even make it 5 years. It's not me being jealous or hateful towards anyone, it's just experience… so next time you make a judgment on someone who seems to have more knowledge of how relationships work, than yourself… at least be kind, not a bitch.

it sounds like these two are trying to have their success cake and a marriage too, but if you're already planning dates eight months in advance when you've only been married less than a year, then I'd say stay tuned - I don't really see this lasting long. love alone isn't always the crazy glue that people think it is.

I happened to be listening to the radio when she was giving this interview and she was talking about planning her concert tour 8 months in advance not dates!

  14. 14

    Who cares?

  15. 15

I wonder when she is going to wake up and realize she married a fruit bag

  16. 16

Very smart actually. They're both really busy people and they do need to have time together too.

what are you guys bitching about?Re: Dave Letterman - staff fuckerRe: mustbenargles – they arent you guys! they are celebrities they play a diff game.. so this is fine they plan their dates. Not every relationship needs to measure up/down to folks.
