Anyone and everyone is trying to ca$$$h in on Michael Jackson, the latest being his former personal assistant and friend Frank Cascio.

The self-proclaimed "lifelong confidante" has inked a deal with HarperCollins publisher William Morrow to write a memoir.

Cascio boasts his book, My Friend Michael, will be out this fall and promises to be an "uplifting and definitive" account of MJ.

We're kinda surprised he didn't have to sign a confidentiality agreement. Or maybe he did and is choosing to ignore it?.

I can't believe people just don't have respect for someone who died, let him rest in peace! stop being famewhores

At this point this little guy is probably in 7th grade. Will this be a pop-up book? Michael liked things that popped up.

I look at this a little differently. Finally, a positive book about Mr. Jackson
written by someone who knew him. Seems like money is always an issue,
however, for years unscrupulous people have made those dollars printing
garbage; Mr. Cascio has said that schools and reconstruction in Haiti
will benefit from proceeds from this release. I say it's about time.

I'm kinda happy about this….A book written by someone who REALLY knew Michael…no BS, no lies, no stupid rumors. I bet there are lots of funny stories he could tell about Michael. I'd get the book.
