Jason Davis Arrested For Drug Possession Day After Celeb Rehab Reunion Show Airs

| Filed under: DrugsLegal MattersJason DavisDr. Drew

Well, well, well.

Someone has some explaining to do.

One day after the Celebrity Rehab reunion show aired - where Jason Davis told Dr. Drew that he's been sober for 90 days (above) - Jason was arrested in Newport Beach, CA for possession of a controlled substance.

He's being held on a $20,000 bail.

We wonder if he really was sober during the taping of the reunion show or if he'd been lying to Dr. Drew and pretty much everybody else all along.

Thoughts??

Your such a stupid little bitch. Jason Davis is not a celeb, not even a fake celeb like Kim K. This fat piece of shit is just a rich kid, that's it. Nothing more. Your like a teenage girl, gossiping about the popular kids. Get a fucking clue.

Dr. Drew's exploitative show reveals how ineffectual 12 step programs really are. The theories they espouse about the nature of addiction have no basis in research. There is no evidence that addiction should be classified as a disease. In what scant research is available there is no definitive expression of 'alcoholism' but a spectrum of compulsive behaviors that ebb and flow with circumstance. If the psychiatric and psychological community wants step up and replace the inane and inadequate response to substance abuse that is the 12 steps we will just see more of the same. And what's with publicly attaching yourself to celebrity humiliation - not flash for someone who calls themselves a mental health professional.

It was totally apparent he was lying his fat ass off on that reunion. He didn't look REMOTELY sober. It's only a matter of time before he OD's.

  4. 4

Well…..that 'controlled substance' can't be COKE ! I mean, this FATSO is as big as a HOUSE ! FAT FAT WATER RAT !

Re: kittendom – Alcoholism and drug addiction are classified as diseases because they meet the very definition of a disease - chronic, progressive and fatal. Unless you have your MD or your PhD, I'll trust the American Medical Association's designation of them as diseases. Of course 12 step programs aren't going to work for everyone, but there have been millions of lives saved by them.

As HOUSE says all the time: EVERYBODY LIES
    .
(Only Addicts Lie a lot more often)

Re: kittendom – And your MD is in??? If not an MD, what qualifies you as more of an expert than Dr. Drew when it comes to addiction?
To what do you attribute the continued sobriety of other Celebrity Rehab alum that didn't fail the way that Jason did?

Re: hoochpit – RIGHT ON, Hooch!!

  9. 9

Amazingly, he's never looked healthier than he did in this latest mugshot. So, he must be doing something 99%l

  10. 10

first, the reunion was LIVE, you idiot. anyone who watched 2 minutes of this would have heard Dr Drew say live about 30 times LOL.
second, it is completely obvious he was lying on the show and was high at the time…

  11. 11

I think he's really trying but kicking a habit is really tough. There are bumps in the road to sobriety. He looks fat because he's substituting food for drugs which is good! Let him worry about getting fit when he's off the drugs. I wish him luck and hope he makes it.

  12. 12

S A D; I hope he (et al) gets help and moves forward to a happy place.

  13. 13

i could tell something was up at the reunion show — he had his snotty/defiant attitude back. too bad, i was starting to like him on celebrity rehab — he was getting much healthier.

  14. 14

    He's high during that taping.

  15. 15

saw this coming a mile away.

  16. 16

I watched the reunion and when they asked how long he has been w/o drugs…I could tell he was lying about being clean for 3 months…sad…he wants to die.

  17. 17

I hope he gets sober for good. If you watched the show everyone kept saying "You're going to die. You're going to die." They are right, he is just too stubborn to listen to anyone which is very unfortunate.

I don't believe he was sober for 90 days, maybe more like 90 hours before the taping of this reunion. By lying, the only person he is hurting is himself and if he doesn't care enough about his health and his life, why should we?

  19. 19

I can't stand this obnoxious loser. Living off his grandfather's money and doing drugs and being nasty to people What a piece of shit this idiot is.

  20. 20

    That's all he ever wanted.

  21. 21

This dude is one of the most vile human beings to ever walk the earth, along with his brother. Why anyone would want to prolong his stay on this planet is beyond me. The sooner he goes, the better.

  22. 22

Dr. Drew knew he wasn't sober last night…you could see it in his reactions to Jason and the fact that he kept telling Jason that they are all there for him, that Dr. Drew wants to help him. He knew Jason was lying through his teeth!

  23. 23

Not surprising at all. He was clearly lying through his teeth about being sober during the live reunion. Hopefully Jason Wahler doesn't allow Davis' screw up to derail his own sobriety. That is a toxic person to have living with you when you're struggling with staying sober yourself. I don't wish the worst for Jason Davis, but unless he gets back into treatment and follows a serious outpatient plan, he's going to die. They said it multiple times on the show and they are 110% correct.

  24. 24

This guy is gonna kill himself. I have to admit, my thought is "He's living in a house with Jason Wahler, does this mean he's using too? He's acting as a councilor to other patients!" Jason's a lost cause to me. After seeing that reunion I've just been waiting for the news that he's been found OD'd. He doesn't seem to want to be saved. He's an arrogant, spoiled man who clearly thought of the whole rehab experience as a joke. And it's really sad to have the resources he does and not be able to kick this crap. But, I guess love and real friendship make all the difference. He was clearly lacking that. Hope his parents are happy.

  25. 25

Very sad. I was rooting for him. HANG IN THERE, JASON.

  26. 26

Does not surprise me - I live in NB and the drugs flow like water. Its more common than Vodka. Sad actually.

  27. 27

I was dissapointed when Janice said on live T.V she had seen him days prior out somewhere and he was drinking, and no one said a word and dropped it. I was like, what is that? Well, he has been to 3 rehabs since celebrity rehab so here comes round #4. He is a tough cookie to crack. I think he needs rehab/intense counseling 24/7 for about a year. he needs to learn to live sober.BRIEF REHAB IS NOT HIS AWNSER.

  28. 28

Re: No One Particular – I felt that too. I kept hoping the doc would ask him to take a urine test on the spot. (well in another room, actually), and see how the bastard handled it. You could also tell that the other Jason (whom apparently share a house together) was very uncomfortable when asked how Jason D. was doing. I think he felt he had to lie for his friend and didn't like doing it.

  29. 29

Re: hoochpit – Lmao *co fucking sign*

  30. 30

For someone to let go of addiction one has to really want to and this clown looks to be a selfish, spoiled, "woe is me" type of person. He is an attention whore, craving sympathy to validate his actions. Their is a difference between someone who does drugs because they are in alot of pain and someone who just likes to be because they can afford it.

  31. 31

The fat retard kept on saying he wouldn't relapse and he did. Fat loser.

  32. 32

hallelujah! this guy is a disgusting pig (inside and out just like you perez)!!!!

  33. 33

I knew he was lying about being clean when he was on the reunion show. His heart was not even into getting treatment - that too was so obvious. He really does have an air of "Thurston Howl the 3rd" about him. I feel bad for anyone that suffers from addiction. That said, there are people out there that would kill to be able to get into treatment and embrace it but they can't because it is so expensive. Jason just didn't give a crap

  34. 7tizz says – reply to this

    34

Human garbage - can he just do the world a favor and off himself already? He's not worth anyone giving an ounce of effort for. He doesn't even do anything but use substances. If you take that away from him, what's he gonna do all day?

  35. 35

I don't care. These damn people, oh, excuse me WANNABE celebrities, know right from wrong. The are such attention seekers, rather its negative or positive. They get PAID to be on Celebrity Rehab. They are NOT serious about getting "clean". They use the money they make off of the show to buy more alcohol or drugs with. Jason is an adult, as long as he isn't hurting anyone else, I don't care what in the hell is does.
