Violence is never the answer!
Steve Brusk, a CNN Political Coverage Manager, has just tweeted out some disturbing news about Anderson Cooper. Apparently, our favorite Silver Fox is in Egypt right now, covering the ongoing riots and turbulent protests against President Mubarak. Things took a turn for the worst, however, when Anderson was approached by supporters of Egypt's president who didn't like him being there. According to Steve's tweet:
"Anderson said he was punched 10 times in the head as pro-Mubarak mob surrounded him and his crew trying to cover demonstration"
How awful! What a cruel and brutal thing to do!
We hope Anderson is feeling alright and that he and his crew are safe now!
