Gabriel Aubry Has Proof Of Halle's Unsettling Rage Issues!
What happened to you weren't going to release any of your damaging evidence against Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry?! Got over that pretty quick it seems.
As their custody battle over Nahla rages on, sources close to Gabriel are revealing some nasty information about Halle and her supposed uncontrollable temper. According to The National Enquirer, Gabriel has numerous voicemails, emails and text messages that he is prepared to use in his custody battle should she continue causing problems. These messages allegedly prove that Halle has a much darker, angrier side to her that the world has never seen.
The source who spoke to the Enquirer insists that they've seen these alleged vicious messages and have heard the voicemails and they are supposedly fairly volatile. In one particular message, Halle reportedly went "crazy" when she saw pictures of Gabe with another woman at a Lakers game and inundated his phone with "pissed off" messages.
Okay, so Halle has a short fuse. Is that something the courts should take into consideration when deciding the custody arrangement? Probably. Is it something all of us need to know about? No, considering this whole thing is coming about in the name of a toddler who just needs her parents to get their act together.
Hopefully, even though these messages exist, we may never see them. Gabe still maintains, even to this source, that he has no intention of releasing this evidence unless he needs to and only in family court where it can be kept private. The source explained:
"I honestly think Gabriel should release some of these messages he has from Halle, and tell his side of the story, but he won't, he said he's going to save them for family court, which will be a private, press-free environment. (But) Gabriel truly does not want to do anything at all that could potentially damage his daughter, and he knows attacking Halle in the press would ultimately do that."
If it comes to pass that he really doesn't release these things, we'll give him credit for that.
But we have our doubts…

The National Enquirer? you need to use better sources. everywhere else has already reported that yes he apparently he has some damaging stuff, but hes saving it for court and not giving it to the press.

Don't be naive Perez. The gloves come off in custody battles. That's why they're called battles and get settled in court. If super famous MOM Halle has serious anger issues, then her ex has to use that to try to make sure he gets a proper look-in.
I don't believe a word of what Halle Berry says. There's a reason why Gabriel was so concerned in proving that he was the father of the little girl and that's because he knew how insane Halle is and what she was capable of doing. After all the accusations implying that he's capable of hurting that little girl, I say go for it Gabriel! Expose that lunatic! She's trying to make you look like a horrible parent, because she's a nutcase.
He sounds like a good guy. I've heard about Halle's "temper" before.
I haven't heard anything particularly wonderful about Halle Berry and she said NOTHING bad about this man until he decided to make his custody legal rather than to rely on Halle's generosity of time with the child. She's really demanding and now I think downright vicious.
He probably deserved whatever Halle gave him. The dude has man whore written all over him.
In family law, there's generally one rule of thumb: the best interests of the child. The court will look at various facts (that I hope, for Nahla's sake, will be kept private) to determine what is best for her. It doesn't matter what the parents want.
It's funny how Perez says that Halle and Gabriel should keep things private for the sake of their daughter, yet he keeps on posting stories on them. I think we should just stop paying attention and let them fight in private. There are other things people have to worry about other than some model and actress creating drama for each other..

Well the court sure took Mel's messages into consideration.. you stated the court should not consider her messages but should the court be involved in who this man dates? come one Perez! be fair!

ahhhh this isnt scandal! its a custody battle.. my parents went through this. of course halle is going to be mean.. i would be pissed if she was a coward. I also like gabe.. this isnt a scandal and i wish ppl would stop making this news..

This nasty person (Berry) is on a mission to destroy this guys name and reputation before they even get into court. Why? and why are you not reporting on THAT, Perez? Someone who goes to such lengths to destroy someone's name and reputation, in the media, the way she has, has something to hide. She's running scared and throwing flames and is gonna get burned.
I have two words for you Halle…next time, Sperm Bank. Woman shouldn't be procreating with passing boyfriends. If the clock is ticking and you are not in a very stable relationship, better not have a kid with just the first guy who comes along, because they can always become revengeful and fight for custody of your baby. Women should be smart about it.

Re: TRUTH-TELLER – unless she has left him crazy messages before and acted out. His recordings seem fairly recent, which means, she has acting out on him probably for awhile and not allowing him time with his daughter. Who knows. I know she is not as nice as people think.
Nahla deserves the love and support from both parents, too bad they can't work it out. But hey, since she is discrediting him, he should use the tapes, but in court only.

No one has heard anything damaging about Gabriel before this but plenty has been said about Halle's temper and her unpredictability. I recall a hit and run accident about 10 years ago. Perez… This post seems a little weird to me. Mel Gibson's voice mail tirade is judge-able against his baby mama… but Halle's isn't against her baby's daddy? Please explain! (I'm not defending Mel AT ALL…That was horrific and completely uncalled for. But why does Halle's voice mail/text messages interest you less than his?!)
He can release them to a judge without all the public mess. He wants some custody, not to sway public opinion. The things Halle Berry has been reported as saying to the press recently about him makes me think much less of her if she actually put them out there.
