Anderson Cooper's Ratings Get Boost After Egypt Attack

| Filed under: TV NewsAnderson CooperPiers Morgan

Seems like a lot of people wanted to hear about the Egypt attacks from Anderson himself!

After being attacked in Egypt, ratings for CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 skyrocketed, beating out rivals Fox News and MSNBC.

Bringing in 540,000 viewers, more people tuned in to CNN to hear Anderson describe the dangerous Egypt protests than any other cable news channel.

In fact, the Egypt story has helped boost ratings for other CNN shows including Parker/Spitzer and Piers Morgan Tonight.

While we appreciate getting firsthand accounts of the protests in Egypt, we just want Anderson and other journalists to stay safe out there!

Oh, I'm sure all you want is Anderson…and others to be safe. What a damn joke. He should have known, they don't take too kindly to cocksuckers in the muslim world. Kinda like a black man going to a KKK rally. HA!

I'm certain that CNN planned the entire uprising in Cairo for Sweeps Week.
