Motley Crüe's Vince Neil: First Prison, Then Tour

| Filed under: Music MinuteLegal Matters

Priorities first!

Motley Crüe's Vince Neil has to report to prison on February 15 for his DUI charge.

But that doesn't stop the rocker from planning Motley Crüe tour dates.

The band will kick off their tour on April 29 at the Bamboozle festival in New Jersey and plan to travel to Mexico and Argentina.

When talking about his prison sentence, Neil says, "I made a mistake, and I have to finally learn my lesson and go do a little bit of time. I've already learned my lesson. I just have to move on and get past it and get it behind me."

Seems like he's already moved on.

You idiot he's not going to prison he's going to jail. Prison is for a long term stay like you're serving x years. If it's a short period of time like him 2 weeks you go to jail. You really should know the difference at your age!

He should actually be going to prison not jail, and he shouldn't be moving on so easily. Does he forget when he killed his friend Razzle that he could have easily done a lot worse this time? I am not a saint and .08 in my opinion is a little too low, but most of the time the DUI's you see are all way beyond that. People who drive when they are way drunk obviously should know better, and in Vince's case there is no excuse, it is not like he couldn't afford a cab that night.

Vince Neil is total jerk! He says "I made a mistake". A mistake? He murdered a man while drinking and driving. He served 15 days. For this DUI (in which he was 3Xs the limit) he's serving 2 weeks. Were is the justice?? This guy is dangerous to anyone that shares te road with him. Incredible!!

Goes to show you - money matters. How long before Vince and his bloated liver kill someone ELSE?

Vince has had too many chances. I've heard of people getting let off easy for a crime under the pretence that if they ever commit a crime akin to what they were first charged for, they would immediately go to jail. He got off way too easy when he killed a friend and now he is just back on that slippery slope.

Perez! When are you going to get it through your head that prison and jail are not the same institutions…..vince will go to jail…not prison….at least be accurate in your reporting it does matter.
