New Doc Miss Representation

Women who can't even agree on pizza toppings could agree with Miss Representation.

The Oprah Winfrey Network now owns its eleventh documentary, Miss Representation, directed by Jennifer Siebel Newsom.

The film details how women are judged more strongly on their beauty and sexuality over their capacity as leaders.

In the film Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Katie Couric, Rachel Maddow, Margaret Cho, Rosario Dawson and Gloria Steinem open up about the media's perception of women.

This is something men everyone should watch! The battle for equality is only done when EVERYONE is given the same opportunities.

Great buy O!

Do U think this will help Oprah's network's sinking ratings?

Sounds good! I can't wait to see this. I wish everyone that was watching The Bachelor would watch this instead, especially young girls.

Women are ripped apart for every little thing, in a way that no man ever is. It's completely unfair.

Congrats to Jennifer Siebel! She is such an amazing lady and deserves all the success! Can't wait to see the movie!

We need to celebrate intelligence women instead of Paris Hiltons and Snookis! Pay attention Perez, you hold much more power than you realize. As you promote positivity, you should also be promoting classy women who can accomplish great things with their brains and not through their sexuality.

Pay attention Perez! You hold more power than you think. You should be promoting classy women, whose achievements are based on their intelligence, rather than promoting the Paris Hiltons and Snookis of the world.

Sarah Palin is in it too, but I guess you intentionally forgot to add her to the list. Of course, you are the part of the media that likes to create their own perception of her.
