Sofia Vergara's BF Vs. The City Of Los Angeles
Fortunately, he's doing all right now, but Sofia Vergara's BF Nick Loeb was seriously injured in a car crash back in August.
Nick has decided that his accident was a result of the City of Los Angeles's failure to maintain the road, and he's filing a lawsuit against the city.
Vergara's BF is seeking $50,000 from L.A. He claims the Bel Air road where his incident took place on was a "concealed trap," and there were no "proper safety precautions" put in place to ensure his car would not fall off an embankment.
Guess we'll see what happens with the suit. He's not seeking an astronomical amount of money, so perhaps that will help his cause.

Roads are not shit in LA the drivers are. You get 1 drop of rain there and you all panic. Give me a break this guy just needs to slow down. If the road sucks slow down.
